Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
Come stay in this chalet style home while visiting Orlando! Only 10 minutes from Disney and other major attractions, this spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom west facing home will make your vacation private, enjoyable and a wonderful memory that will make you want to return again and again. The features of this home include a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, 20" TV, an en suite bathroom with double sinks and large shower and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a pair of twin size beds, a walk in closet and another single closet with an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has a pair of twin beds with double closets. There is a separate hallway bathroom with a bath/shower, sink and closet.
The living room has a 3 piece suite with a 32" TV, DVD and patio doors leading to the screened in pool and partly covered patio area. There is a dining room that seats 6 and an additional eating area at the kitchen bar that seats 3. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials. Enjoy the wonderful Florida evenings out back by the pool which overlooks a lake and conservation area.
Area Description
This home is located in a community called Sandy Ridge just on the Osceola/Polk county lines off 192. Very close proximity to Disney and Interstate 4 which takes you to the beaches and other famous attractions such as Sea World and Universal. There are many shops and restaurants nearby as well as dinner shows and putt-putt.
