Fantastic 4 bed 3 bath with 2 master suites.

This was our first time renting a vacation home, so we were little cautious but our experience was very good. Richard of Sunrise was very helpful, gave quick response to our questions. The house is located in a quite neighbor, restaurants, shopping plaza, amusement parks and all other attractions were not far from the house. There is a road behind the house but there is hardly any traffic on it, when we were enjoying the heated pool on our rest days between activity days we only saw few cars on that road. The rent for the week was very reasonable for this spacious house, it looks small but inside it is spacious. We will definitely recommend this house to our family and friends. Siddiqi family

We arrived after dark and found the house with no problem. The house is located 15 to 30 minutes away from all the attractions. There is a grocery store on the way to the home as well as a pharmacy and gas. The home its self was quite nice. Very spacious, more than enough room for our family of 5. We had the pool heated for our stay and it was a wonderful toasty temp for us to go swimming even in December! I would recommend this home the only disappointment was as the home is advertised as private with no neighbors behind you, they did fail to mention that there is a highway located directly behind the home. There is sufficient fencing but you do hear the traffic from the pool. Overall we enjoyed the home and the opportunity to stay in our own private place for our vacation. This is a very affordable home and worth more than what they charge.

This was our first family vacation and first time to Fl. and we had a great time. This house is huge and the pics don't show how big it is. The community is very quiet and clean. We have no complaints at all. Very nice.

We were not sure what to expect. At the time I booked the property, there were no reviews on the home. We went ahead with our plans anyway because the price was so good. This vacation was one of the best we've had. First of all, the home is in an excellent location...quiet, yet very accessible to all the Orlando activity. Don't let the exterior photo deceive you. The house looks small in the photo, but it is quite spacious! It was clean upon arrival. Our only negatives were that we had to go to the store immediately after arriving. We expected that there may be things like garbage bags and dish soap, but this was not the case. So, bring most household items with you or plan to go to the store immediately. Also, there were three smoke alarms with low batteries beeping when we arrived. These issues were frustrating after a long trip. Once these issues were taken care of, we had a wonderful week. We would definitely go back to this home again.
