What all vacation homes should be!

A last minute decision to visit Florida for Spring Break and, after searching for available vacation homes, the owner of this home responded promptly to my inquiry. I booked immediately as I found the description to be an incredible value for what was offered. We arrived in the evening, and found the home conveniently located close to the parks and shopping center while nicely tucked in a quiet neighborhood that has an orange grove and a preserve nearby. I prefer to stay at a "home away from home" as I appreciate conveniences such as laundry and cooking meals. Having stayed at various resort condos and vacation homes in the U.S. I found this home to be very well appointed with PLENTY of towels, enough cleaning supplies to get you started, lots of kitchenware, pool noodles, a pack and play, high chair, camp chairs, coolers, DVDs, board games---let's just say the home is a lot more equipped like a real home than just a vacation home that gives you just the basics! It is furnished well with and has reclining seating. One of the master bedrooms has a walkout from the bathroom to the pool. The other master has a thick memory foam topped mattress. Our kids loved their bedrooms. I liked that the TVs were placed in the den and master bedrooms. We had 4 adults and 4 kids aged from preteen to toddler and the home very spacious yet cozy. Lots of room for a few more folks to stay if needed. Had opportunity for gathering for meals or a board game, or enjoy quiet time in one of the recliners or lanai chaises. The pool was just the right size for our family and the to have it heated was an absolute luxury. It was nice to have it both screened for safety and fenced for privacy. Shopping center with Target, Ross, and more is across from the neighborhood. Ate at Giovanni's Pizza and QQ Chinese which are about a mile away. The t-shirt place next to the 7-11 had very affordable shirts, hats, and other souvenirs. The owner truly put a lot of thought and care into ensuring that their guests are comfortable and happy. The process of booking was easy and communication was top-notch (I prefer email contact and was always promptly answered). We all wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend this home and the owners. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

The home is very nice as well as the pool. Rooms are cozy. The kitchen is also great but trash bags were missing so we need to provide.

we stayed here for 2 weeks and this house was well worth the money, nice and roomy, and the rooms were clean. I liked the location, close to everything.. I would recomend this house to anyone planning a vacation.

Very Comfortable, Spacious and Economical

This was our first time renting a vacation home, so we were little cautious but our experience was very good. Richard of Sunrise was very helpful, gave quick response to our questions. The house is located in a quite neighbor, restaurants, shopping plaza, amusement parks and all other attractions were not far from the house. There is a road behind the house but there is hardly any traffic on it, when we were enjoying the heated pool on our rest days between activity days we only saw few cars on that road. The rent for the week was very reasonable for this spacious house, it looks small but inside it is spacious. We will definitely recommend this house to our family and friends. Siddiqi family

Great Location, Great Price

We arrived after dark and found the house with no problem. The house is located 15 to 30 minutes away from all the attractions. There is a grocery store on the way to the home as well as a pharmacy and gas. The home its self was quite nice. Very spacious, more than enough room for our family of 5. We had the pool heated for our stay and it was a wonderful toasty temp for us to go swimming even in December! I would recommend this home the only disappointment was as the home is advertised as private with no neighbors behind you, they did fail to mention that there is a highway located directly behind the home. There is sufficient fencing but you do hear the traffic from the pool. Overall we enjoyed the home and the opportunity to stay in our own private place for our vacation. This is a very affordable home and worth more than what they charge.

This was our first family vacation and first time to Fl. and we had a great time. This house is huge and the pics don't show how big it is. The community is very quiet and clean. We have no complaints at all. Very nice.

We were not sure what to expect. At the time I booked the property, there were no reviews on the home. We went ahead with our plans anyway because the price was so good. This vacation was one of the best we've had. First of all, the home is in an excellent location...quiet, yet very accessible to all the Orlando activity. Don't let the exterior photo deceive you. The house looks small in the photo, but it is quite spacious! It was clean upon arrival. Our only negatives were that we had to go to the store immediately after arriving. We expected that there may be things like garbage bags and dish soap, but this was not the case. So, bring most household items with you or plan to go to the store immediately. Also, there were three smoke alarms with low batteries beeping when we arrived. These issues were frustrating after a long trip. Once these issues were taken care of, we had a wonderful week. We would definitely go back to this home again.
