Welcome to our beautiful villa in Orlando, Florida
Providing Luxury & Privacy for the discerning guest

Just imagine breakfast on the enclosed south-facing balcony that spans the whole width of the house providing views of the conservation area. Luxury outside furnishings including balcony height table and loungers are provided for your comfort.

Relax and bathe in the sun at the south-facing private pool with spa. Enjoy the extended decking area furnished with luxury loungers. For those times when it is just too hot there is a full length lanai (covered area) for you to relax or dine in the luxury furnished seating area. The villa is situated on a large plot in a quiet cul-de-sac with large garden that extends to the conservation area.

Spread out and enjoy the space of this 3200 sq ft home. There are two living areas a family room with 52" flat screen TV with PS3, HD Cable & music centre with MP3 docking station a formal living area with comfortable reclining/rocker chairs and board games. Fully-fitted kitchen, games room, fantastic master suite with king-size four poster bed, access to balcony, large en-suite and dressing room. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. All bathrooms have hairdryers.

On your approach you will enter through palm tree lined avenues that lead you to this exclusive gated community. A cul-de-sac position in this development means you will not be disturbed by passing traffic and you can enjoy the outside space at the front of the property.

Professional golf courses, shopping and restaurants are on your doorstep at Champions Gate. The Disney World entrance is 10 minutes away and easy access to the I4 (interstate highway) enables guests to travel easily to all of Florida’s attractions and beaches.

The villa was fabulous, we couldn't have wished for anything more. It had everything and more than we could have asked for. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable and only a 15 minute drive to Disney World. The pool and spa were perfect, either on a hot sunny day or after a tiring day at the parks. The local supermarkets, restaurants, and takeaways were a 5 minute drive away. The surrounding area was well cared for and secure. We had a lovely holiday, we just wished we had booked for an extra week so we could have relaxed (the parks can be exhausting) and enjoyed the villa more. We can't wait to return, both to the villa and to Florida.
