Description of the Davenport vacation home rental

I have Reduced my price to $200.00 per night that is based on family of 4 (NO Pets)if your are interested why not stay in a big house with lots of room for less price than a 4 bed room house. My home is just minutes from all Disney attractions and a short drive to Universal Studios,City Walk,Sea World,and Old Town. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Why not stay in one of the best. This home is priced to enjoy, enjoy a big house for the price of a small one. It has 3 master bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with twin beds. TV's in all the bedrooms. One of the master bedrooms is located on the first floor with garden bath tub and seperate tile shower.

The price for my home is $200.00 per night..No Minimum stay
This price does NOT include pool heat, YOU leave $100.00 for the cleaning fees, Includes cable TV,and internet service. Game Room

So you can figure the cost your-self.

1- Check the availability calendar for your dates.
2- E-Mail me the dates you want.
3- I will return e-mail Yes or No.
4- If Yes you will have to pay a $500.00 security deposit for your reservations. This will be returned within 30 days after your stay. The house is professional cleaned and checked after each stay for damages.
5- If your stay is less than 30 days away, you will have to pay the deposit and the rent in full.
6- If your stay is more than 30 days away, all you have to pay is your deposit, the balance will be due 30 days before your stay.
7- After your rent is recieved I will e-mail you the house code and directions.

Fabulous accomodations, gracious owner

My Husband and I took our three grandsons to Universal, Sea World and Disney, staying for four nights. . Everything imaginable was there and the place is immaculate. It is 2 minutes from a small stip mall which includes a Publix, pizza place, etc. Only about 20 minutes or less to Universal, Sea World and Disney which is an easy drive. The owner gives great information and assures everything is clean, comfortable and in perfect working order. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying there in the future.
