Description of the Davenport vacation home rental

Our home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2 master ensuites each with garden doors leading to a private lanai and pool/spa. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and share a washroom. The kitchen is large and fully equipped and has a breakfast nook and there is also a separate dining room. Off the breakfast nook you will find a laundry room with full size washer/dryer and attached garage. There are TV's in the 2 masters and 1 in the living area with DVD players. A children's playground is within easy walking distance and nearby there are 3 golf courses, shopping malls, grocery stores and a major hospital.

Area Description

The home is located in Calabay Parc which is a prestigious development of homes with easy access to Walt Disney World, water parks and beaches. Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes away and reached easily from I4. Calabay Parc is truly a relaxing and inviting community to return to after a hard day of "vacationing" and our home welcomes you to relax and enjoy.

Deposits: $100.00 Deposit for each week booked. Security Deposit of $200.00 fully refundable after checked by our property management company at end of your stay.
Other Fees: Pool/spa heat optional at $15.00 US per day or $100.00 per week.
