House was recommended by a friend that has stayed there3x so that says a lot. We were very happy, hoping to go next yr for a month, recommend if you rent it in feb heat the pool it was very nice in the evening 84 degrees.

I am really grateful to have had this opportunity to stay at the Sang's home in Davenport. The home is really nice and well kept. Everything was perfect! The management team is readily available and quite helpful. Will definitely be looking forward to another stay at this home! This was my second year staying in this rental and it was all that I needed for a very relaxing vacation. I even got to meet the owners and the maintenance staff this time and they are very nice people. Any issues that I had were taken care of immediately and professionally.

My family (6 adults and 1 toddler) rented this wonderful house for 3 weeks. Everyone loved it! Gloria answered many questions before I booked the house and was a real pleasure to deal with during our stay. She went out of her way to help us in matters not pertaining to the villa. We enjoyed the private quiet location of the home, yet we were within minutes drive to grocery stores, shopping and attractions. The villa was extremely well equipped (kitchen and linens etc) and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Hope to do it again! Thanks Gloria and John

We had great communictaion with the owners. The house was well kept. The pool was awesome. The house was a highlight. Being so close to everything and able to have meals at the house when we wanted. Great place to relax and enjoy life. We didn't want to leave.. We are saving to go again next year or the year after.Thanks again.

What an amazing house. Plenty of room. We found it close to main shops and Disney but still far enough away that it is quite and beautiful. Owners and property management were great with answering questions and helping when needed. We look forward to renting this house very soon again. In fact this house is far better then staying at Disney in one room. You have a pool & Spa at your back door at all times. It was great and a real money saver when we could eat meals back at the house. A house with everything you need. Thanks for a excellent stay. Shelley

Im very pleased that we chose to stay here. The house was clean and in a peaceful community. Everything was pretty close to the house and heat for the pool was excellent.There was plenty of towels ,pillows and linens and the beds were very very comfortable. This home was absolutely perfect! Nice supply of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes. It was very clean when we arrived. We will plan on using this home again in the future!

Great Vacation Residence

Went on vacation on vacation for 2 weeks and stayed at the Orista residence. It was in a lovely well kept gated community. Only 20 minutes from Orlando game parks. Shopping very close. the house is very well kept, clean and self contained with all the home like amenities. Stayed in many rental homes and condos. This home by far had all the vacation requirements. I will return there on my next vacation and Gloria and John are excellent owners. Made the rental process very easy and convenient. Great Vacation House

This was the perfect house for my family. There were 7 of us all together including my two grandchildren, ages 6 & 8. I must say they loved the pool (as we all did) and their own room. Although we spent most days in the parks the home was very welocoming when the day was through. The management took care of anything we needed and we are grateful. I will keep this home on file for future FL vacations. Thanks!

We stayed for 2 weeks, one week with friends and one week with my parents and another couple. I will never stay in a hotel in Orlando again. Why stay in a small hotel room when you can stay in this villa. The house is well equipped with plenty of space. Nothing like coming back to this home after a long day at the parks to your own private pool and hot tub. Whether you were watching TV, cooking, playing cards or enjoying the pool, this house was big enough for everyone. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every day. Our family/friends and children will never forget this trip and we look forward to doing it again. Thank you Gloria. We stated for 2 weeks Oct-Nov 2010. It was absolutely PERFECT! So much better than coming home at the end of a long day of activities to a cramped hotel room. The home is just beautiful with plenty of room for a family to stretch out, relax watching tv or make a meal and enjoy the pool- spa area. This vacation home is a great place to stay! Close to Orlando attractions while offering the benefit of your own private place with pool for relaxing. The floor plan of the home is an unbelievably good use of space. We took my sister on the trip with us. It was wonderful that she had her own private suite with private access to the pool area. Gloria was helpful in all of our interactions. Thanks, Gloria and John, for sharing your vacation villa with travelers! We will definitely stay again when in Orlando!

When the owner called this Home a Villa, I was a little skeptical, but she was right. You couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay in Florida, with the bonus of being so close to all the attractions. I must admit I am already planning for 2011.
