New 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished single storey family dwelling. Located in Bass Lake gated community just off Highway 27. Furnished to a high standard. One large sitting/dining room and kitchen. Master bedroom full private bathroom and walk in closet. Second bedroom with queen size bed. Third bedroom with two twin beds. Full separate bathroom. Attached one car garage with washer and dryer.

Area Information

Bass Lake is a settled secure gated community just off Highway 27 in Davenport west of Orlando. The development has two communal pools, a games room and an exercise room.

The property is two minutes drive to Publix Supermarket and Applebee’s and five minutes to Wal Mart. Ten minutes drive from Disney. Ten minutes from I-4. Twenty minutes from Universal Studios and Sea World.

I have stayed at this home twice. The owner does a great job at ensuring that all the details are in place. The place is roomy and fully furnished. All items are labled with directions. The location is convenient and close to the parks and major stores. The home is in a gated community - although all looks safe and the homes in the community quite pleasant and well kept. I highly recommend it for and economical, hassle-free escape to Orlando and its attractions.
