This elegant family home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 8 guests in luxury and comfort. Our much loved family home is situated on a very large private lot with a secluded south facing pool and extended spa for your leisure sunbathing and relaxing.

Perfect to enjoy family get-togethers in the day or evenings, with comfortable sofas and love-seats, ceiling fan, plus a 44 inch Plasma screened cable TV, stereo and games console/DVD player, coffee table and occasional tables with lamps. The family room opens out on to a sun-drenched deck with secluded sun kissed south facing pool

Also a breakfast bar ideal for a quick breakfast before a busy day at the parks.

Wireless connection and laptop available in the special area in the kitchen, can be used anywhere in the home outside by the pool if you wish

Windsor Palms is licensed for rental by the Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants, which means that the home is in full compliance with state safety standards. These include: smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and an alarm on all the doors from the lounge and dining to the pool deck.

A 24-hour Family management company is on call in case you encounter any problems during your stay, and the home is maintained on a regular basis with cleaning, pest control, landscaping, and pool services.

As soon you enter West Haven you will realize what a truly special place this is. As you travel down the tree lined Boulevard to the rotary round you go then you will see the elegant entrance to The Abbey entering through personal coded electric gates - offering privacy and that extra peace of mind.

The Abbey as only 58 executive homes built and designed so no one is over looked by another home to give you complete privacy Windsor Palms overlooks the orange groves, as the sun rises on the south facing pool you can smell the citrus scent from the ripe oranges As the mist starts to rise from the pool area - you can see the hot air balloons taking off in the distance. They come so close you can wave and say good morning. Watch the sun set as you sit and enjoy the effervescent bubbles of the spa in the warm evening with a glass of wine This must be paradise!! 5 minutes away at Champion Boulevard Publics Supermarket, McDonald’s ,2 takeaways ,2 restaurants, beauty Salon, Walgreen’s and much more

Theme Parks
Traveling to all the Theme Parks is quick and simple enabling you to come back to your home for lunch by the pool before returning to the parks in the evening for the firework displays and evening parades Disney Main gate is just 10 minute away by car (6 miles). SeaWorld, , Islands of Adventure Universal Studios, Wet and Wild are 20 /25 minutes away via Interstate 4

Beaches
Everyone enjoys the beach where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings you can go west to the beautiful hot white sands of the Gulf Coast with St. Petersburg, Clearwater Go east, towards the Atlantic Coast and Kennedy Space Centre and the world famous Cocoa Beach. All well worth a visit

The Theme Parks are a very small part of Orlando also a shopper’s paradise. Shopping Malls and designer outlets you will be spoilt for choice. offering bargains galore for all the family Florida Mall, Orlando Premium Outlets, Mall at Millennia, Festival Bay Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores Prime one and Downtown Disney To name only a few

Golf
If golf is your way of relaxing you will be delighted to know that there are more courses within a few miles of The Abbey that you could try a different course every day and more Many of golf courses allow visitors to play without becoming a member You can hire golf clubs and a golf cart at extremely reasonable rates. Champions Gate Golf Resort is so close by only minutes away .Reunion Golf Resort also only minutes away . David Leadbetter also runs his golf academy from here.

My favourite courses has to be Highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes, and Polo Park All have driving ranges for beginners Southern Dunes is the furthest away but well worth a visit to sample the buffet breakfast and Sunday Brunch
