Please note: Pool Heating is optional. The cost for pool heating is $25.00 USD a day and we must be notified with 24 hours notice or at booking.

Minimum nights stay apply which vary from 3 nights to 7 nights depending on season.

Home is located in community called Veranda Palms is ideally located for all Florida has to offer, as there is quick and easy, virtually traffic free access to all the major roads connecting the main tourist areas and both coasts. All homes are well off this road so there is no traffic noise.Interstate 4 (I-4)is just minutes away as is the 192 Hwy.

Great Place

We rented the house for a family vacation to Orlando area theme parks. The home was in great location for all our activities. Rooms were furnished nicely and were clean. Kids especially enjoyed the pool. When we return to the Orlando area we will rent again.

Great Family Home

A great vacation home. Plenty of room for a large family. Kids had a great time in the pool and hot tub. The pool heat wasn't on when we first arrived, but after a phone call, the manager was out within a couple hours to turn it on, so we were very happy with the service. Will definitely stay there again.

What a bargain!

This was our first experience renting a villa but won't be our last. The villa was everything advertised and more. Very spacious and well kept. The location was excellent - close to the theme parks but out of the congestion. Really enjoyed all of the space. Even staying in multiple hotel rooms would not have been nearly as nice. Minor issue with the access code not working was quickly addressed even though it was midnight. What could have been a major inconvenience was taken care of by a dedicated staff member. Would definitely stay her again!

perfect holiday home

there was 10 adults and 1 baby staying at royal ridge drive but we never felt cramped in this spacious home. loved the location and the bedrooms were a great size. we had many hours of fun in the games room and would defo stay here again perfect holiday with my family. close to disney supermarket and golf. would recommend this home to family and friends

The vacation home was clean and adequately supplied for our stay. We stayed there in 2009 and we were really happy with the updates to the home. We really enjoyed the privacy of the pool. There were no complaints and we actually provided the website to family and friends. We will definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best vacations I've had. Home away from home. My only complaints are the hot tub didn't work the entire trip, and only 2 wash cloths for 4 people. Everthing else was great. Would stay again,and again.

The Villa was beautiful and clean with all accomodations, pool, pool table, mini air-hockey/ping-pong table, and everything else you need. Only 10 minutes away from Disney World and other theme parks. Great bang for the buck! Will definitely go back!

Great home, great location

I was very happy with my stay at the home on Royal Ridge rd. I really like the location. The home is just far enough away from the business of the main traffic. It was only a short drive to shopping and 10 min from Disney. I would definitely recommend this home to others. I was with a group and the house was a nice size. We did not feel cramped in any way. It was a good experience.
