Thank you for making our trip perfect. We traveled with two small children which can be difficult. We usually stay on Disney proprerty but wanted to try a house this visit. The house was perfect for us, there was even a crib for my 10 month-old. We also noticed some pack and plays. The house was super close to Disney, not much farther than some of the hotels, not to mention no long waits for the Disney buses. The heated pool was perfect for my toddler ( who has normally freezes in average temp pools), she even swam when the outside temps dropped into the 60's. She really enjoyed the floats! My husband was able to grill while the kids were swimming. We laughed about not sharing the loud breakfast scene we would normally encountered at the Disney hotel's. Also we never came acrossed any traffic, somtimes you can spend much for your day on a bus stuck in traffic or waiting to be picked up or dropped off. Publix was w/in a mile as well as CVS. We also drove to clear water for a day at the beach ( thanks Victor for the beach umbrella we found, saved us $25), only took us about 1 hr 15 min. Thanks again so much for everything! See you next year!

Very nice to deal with and easy online process. Great price! Trustworthy!! Very clean home. Just minutes to Disney and Universal Studios. Heated pool was perfect during this colder season in florida. Two families and Nana stayed in the home with plenty of room left for more. Stroller in the home. Game room was great for the kids. Grocery store down the street. Highly recomend this home for others. Would stay again. Much nicer to come back to a house than a small and expensive hotel room. Private area near pool. Enjoyed the pond with otters.

We really enjoyed this spacious home during our stay in January! The house was very clean and complete with all of the appliances, linens, etc. that we needed during our stay. The location was great! It was in a very relaxing area - away from the congested areas but close enough to be at the parks, the Convention Center, Kissimmee, etc. in a very short time. We enjoyed our quiet evening walks through the neighborhood. Also, both the owner and the property manager checked to see if we needed anything upon our arrival - that was nice!

This is the perfect home for families on vacation. Everything you need is there. The home is spacious enough for 10-14 people. This home is very comfortable and the kids loved the theme rooms. They were beautiful. We felt right at home. We absolutely loved the home. Everything was just right. Victor is the greatest person to work with. He is AMAZING! The kids loved it. I would recommend this home to all my friends and family. Perfect place to stay, minutes away from Disney and Sea World.

the villa is the most comfortable we have ever stayed in, been coming to florida for 15 years! Everything you could possibly need or want has been provided. We didn't have kids with us but my 22 year old son was mightily impressed with the space room! We enjoyed the pool and spa each evening and the games room. all in all we have had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Victor for making the villa so special.

My family and I waited until the last minute to decide to take a family vacation. It was so hard to find a place that we could rent because most people had already decided to take their vacation on the week of August 7-14. While looking on the internet, my 12 year old grandson saw this house and LOVED the space center bedroom! I sent in a request to get this house; yet, told him not to get his hopes up high. Much to my surprise, this house was not taken. Victor was so accomidating. He was wonderful! Not only did he call to tell me that this house was available, he had another house available, also. Since, one of my grandsons asked for this house, this is the one we went with. When we arrived, Steve and another worker were putting a brand new, ping-pong table/pool table/fuse ball table up in the garage. We were more than satisfied. The house was hugh, comfortable, clean, family-friendly and definitely did not leave us for wanting for much. The ten of us never felt like we were on each other's back. We had a wonderful time. Victor even came by to make sure that everything was ok. If you want a vacation that all you need to take is your clothes and food, this is definitely the house to be at. We had a superb time! Thank you Victor and Steve!

Extended family getaway

Our annual family vacation this year was spent with my mother in law and nephew. We are normal a family of 6 from CT. Once we arrivaled at the villa we all agreed that the pictures did no justice. Place was clean, spacious, and affordable. Great location near publix, cvs and pizzahut where we frequently visit. Kids enjoyed endless hours in the pool after the disney park. Definitely would rent again.

Everything was perfect! Your house exceeded our expectations! We had everything we needed in our "home away from home". The distance to Disney was ideal -- close enough to get there quickly yet far enough away to escape the crowds. I was sad to leave! This rental home was excellent! The themed decorated room and game room was a hit with the children. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was great only 15 minutes away from all attractions and restaurants. It was also a pleasure doing business with the property renter. They were extremely helpful and professional. We're definitely looking forward to renting at Victor's villas again.

My family and I stayed in this house at the end of March. Wow, it was a place. My sister and her family got there early, and they were allowed to enter.
By the time my father and I got there, my sister's triplets had already chosen their rooms. The girls had the Penguin room and the boy had the 7 Dwarves Forest room. The other bedrooms were also great , with very comfortable beds.
The house was well equipped and the kitchen was well used by our group.My cousin and her twin teenagers arrived a few hours later and loved the house. The teenagers especially appreciated the Wi-Fi.
The triplets would have been happy to never leave the house, just stay in the pool all day. When we did leave we were very close to Disney and the Dinner shows. The house seemed like it was away from everything, but was close to everything.
We would recommend this house to everyone.

"This villa was a totally unexpected blessing! Our family was going to Disney and joining another family that has one parent. Suddenly, the single parent was unable to go I had to take all 6 kids (!) with my husband-or it would have been cancelled. Hotels were out... So, I found this villa and the owner responded in what seemed to be 30 secs and we were set. At the time I just wanted beds. What I got was a fantastic home (with awesome beds)! I liked the visibility of the pool and that all 5 of the bedrooms rooms surrounded the living area! It was easy to keep an eye on my family and my 2nd family. The home had everything we needed and the kids opted to eat breakfast in and one day we just relaxed all day at home. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pots, pans etc. we needed. The kids played in the playground area and I took a walk with my husband one evening and we even strolled the conservation deck in the area. As for the accommodations, it was described as being "Bed and Breakfast" style but it was much more. The kids rooms are better than the pictures and the kids were laughing the first night so hard enjoying what "Aunt Jenny" had found! I mean, a penquin room and forest room?! The kids took more pictures of the rooms than at Disney (almost). I also liked that all the switches were labeled. That may seem simple but when you tip toe into your kid's room at night you don't want to turn on a light when you are turning off a ceiling fan. That attention to detail was throughout the entire house. We had never gone to rental villa but if they were all like this we will never go to a hotel again. I'm a teacher and it was nice to come home with a little cash after a trip in these times and have such great memories as well. Thank you! "
