Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
The well equipped kitchen is ideal for those days when you want to eat at home with your choice of formal or informal dining areas. If you have little ones, enjoy complimentary use of a high chair, portable playpen, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer will help make your stay more comfortable as well. Free local and long distance calls within the USA and Canada are available on our cordless phones. Upstairs you will find five additional bedroom suites including the three large masters, and the two remaining bedroom suites that contain one full bed and a set of twins.
Relax after a day out in the comfortable surroundings of the family room, complete with TV/DVD, HDTV Cable and a 46" large screen HD LCD TV with Samsung surround sound system (library of DVD movies and board games/puzzles for the family are provided) including free cable with free movie channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.)
The family room leads directly into the huge covered lanai and pool deck for a refreshing swim in the pool. The pool and lanai area is complete with a west facing pool (for sun almost all day) together with a direct breathtaking lake and conservation view. The pool deck is equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and two tables and chairs grouping to accommodate your large family or group! This is only the second season this great, extremely popular home has been available for vacation rental, so still be some of the first to enjoy everything this lovely Executive Luxury Villa has to Offer!

Excellent Vacation for the second time!!

How do I begin to say what an excellent experience we have had with our rental property. This is our second year booking with Richard and once again he did not fall short to provide us with an excellent vacation. We were travelling with 2 little ones.. we arrive to find everything we would need. Cribs, high chairs, baby gates and even strollers! Richard goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is superior. The house is very well kept. New carpet on the floors which was an update from when we stayed 2 years ago. I have no complaints about the property itself. Susan the property manager was very accessible as needed. It is conveniently located, close to grocery store and a short drive to the disney attractions. We had such an amazing vacation/experience that we have just now confirmed our booking for our vacation in 2014. I have nothing but great things to say about the owner Richard, Susan the property manager and the rental property itself. I would not hesitate to recommend this property as I have experienced nothing but the best service. Thanks again Richard for everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. There were 4 couples, so the king & queen beds and everyone having their own bathroom was an added bonus. Great location, we had the pool heated which was needed at the begining of our stay. Everything that you need is in this house. It is on a corner lot so there is privacy. We had an awesome time and would recommend this property. Dealing with Richard Hall, owner, was very easy, he was extremely accomodating. We had a wonderful time.

Wopnderful Two Weeks at the Villa

The pictures on the website are accurate portrayals of how beautiful the home is. We spent a wonderful two weeks. At one time or another we had 8 adults and 4 children under 5, and we never felt crowded. The safety fence on the pool was a big help with the kids. Little amenities like the phone service, cable tv and wi fi were very beneficial. The washer and dryer were a big help keeping up with the laundry. Richard was excellent to do business with and Susan the onsite manager was very helpful. Looking forward to returning in the future but for a longer stay. We have already shared the information with family and friends.

My family and i the most wonderful time in this home! the pictures don't do it justice it was absolutely beautiful and well kept,spacious bedrooms,plenty of towels.all of the necessary appliances that one would need while there,the pool was an absolute hit with everyone in my family.The drive there was a little out of the way but close to all the parks,my family and i would recommend it to everyone and if we're able to come back we would definitely like to rent this home again, I mustadd that we hated to say goodbye!
