Description of the Davenport vacation home rental

“Solana Emerald” is a brand new 6 bedroom and 5 ½ bathroom luxury villa, situated in a very sought after community called Solana Resort, just off Hwy 27 (between the I-192 and I-4), about 8 miles away from Disney World. The entire villa is freshly painted and furnished as of Sept 2010 with all brand new furniture from Ashley and Home Elegance, brand new quality bedding and mattresses etc. It is lavishly decorated in a classic style with modern elements, equipped with wireless high speed internet, phone, brand new items like 7 LCD TVs for each bedroom and family room, electric kettle, coffee maker, blender, cutting block, cookware, dinnerware, baking sheets, toaster, linens and towels etc. The sparkling heated pool and spa with the brand new pool furniture soothes away the stress and tiredness of your long day’s visit to Orlando, Disney World or the golf courses. This villa also provides a child protection fence to guard your precious ones in the pool area. It has a game room with a full size slate LEISURE BAY billiard.

The layout of the bedroom in this villa is as follows: two king-bed rooms, one of them is on the ground level with an executive bathroom (shower and tub with garden window); two queen-bed rooms on the second floor - all these four bedrooms are en-suited with its own bathroom; two 2-twin-bed rooms on the second floor that share one bathroom; a queen sofa-bed to accommodate more people.

All guests have free access to the fabulous Solana Resort clubhouse that has excellent amenities like soft-sand volleyball court, children playground, high-speed Internet computer room, sundry shop and a state-of-art fitness room.

Area Information

Solana Resort in Davenport near Orlando, Florida is one of the most popular rental and vacation home communities with many demanding it by name. It is only 8 miles away from Disney and close to all other Theme Parks - Universal, Sea world, Wet'n Wild. The Space Coast and Kennedy Space Center Visitors Complex are only about an hour away and the fabulous beaches of the Gulf coast just over an hour. Getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze. It also means that you are close to some the area's best Golf Courses if you are intending a golf vacation.

This is a wonderful location, clean home, very comfortable with all amenities needed. Bright, open, just great! Pool area was spacious and water was right temp. Close to clubhouse, nice facilities, easy to access Disney World by car. Bedrooms were well taken care of, our kids (4 yrs, 13yrs, 15 yrs) all had their own space, we could do our laundry, buy our own groceries (which saved $) and feel right at home. A very nice property that anyone would enjoy on vacation.
