Beautiful home which is over 4200sq ft along with south facing spa, pool, lanai area and spacious garden. Enjoy in well stocked kitchen area located next to the Breakfast Nook. Relaxing lounge area which offers access to Pool and also light and airy dining area. Inviting living area features 50” flat screened TV, DVD Player, home fun and entertainment and easy access to pool area. Games area is fully air conditioning and has 60” TV, VCR/DVD player , XBOX 360, PS3 MOVE , Darts, Beer Fridge , Lounge area, Pool Table and Foosball . First highly furnished Master Size Suite offers King sized bed along with a flat screened TV with cable and easy access to pool area. Second furnished Master Size Suite offers King sized Bed and well maintained bath that can be use as Master Size Suite else can be shard along with fourth Bedroom which offers twin beddings .

Area Information

Hampton Lake is peaceful, beautiful and absolutely safe family oriented community featuring communal pool, basket ball tennis court, beach volley ball and two kids playing areas. Guests cannot do any better then this location as it features all major attractions and entertainment. Disney World is located at less then 15minutes distance while the Sea World and Universal Studios are located with in 25 minutes drive. Four golf courses with in 5minutes distance including Champions Gates Golf Complex along with two Greg Norman designed course and world head quarters of David Lead better Golf Academy. It is perfectly located at US27 and about 5minuites direction to Interstate 4(I4) J55 or US 192.Located at door step, Several Restaurants, Gas Station, Take Outs, 2 Wal-Marts, Banks , Publix Posner Park, Beauty Parlor , Bars , Malls , Doctor Dentists , Pharmacy and not forgetting wonderful Outlets Malls near by .

Family Fun Vacation

My family enoyed a fun filled week at our Davenport home. The house was very spacious a nd clean. The location of house was near the grocery store, malls and other activities to enjoy in Kissimmee. We look forward to returning again soon. It was comfortable for all of and private enough to do our own thing. There is so much to see and do and then return home for a little rest. Thanks !!

My fiance and I wanted to do something special for my family as a Christmas gift. We decided to find a rental and have everyone join us in Orlando for the week. Scrolling through the many houses, we came across this treasure. With seven adults and seven children coming, we had to find something that would accommodate all of us. This house had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. With a game room, pool and a lanai to hang out back this was perfect for us! Debbie was very helpful with planning our vacation and was in constant communication with us from beginning to end. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly by Debbie or the Management Team. The response time was terrific. We were well informed and ready to enjoy the house and Orlando. If you are looking for a place to stay that offers plenty of space and relaxation, this is the house to rent. The owners are really caring and ensure your stay is welcoming. We are anxiously awaiting to plan our next visit back to this lovely home. For the price you pay, it will be worth it. I will be recommending this house to family and friends! You will not be disappointed!!

This property was just as advertised. The photo's didn't do this place justice. It was better than I could have ever imagined. The property was clean, and had all the amenities described. It was the perfect house for our family of 14. My 7 grandchilden ages 2 to 15, did not want to leave. They really enjoyed the pool. The property was close to the drug and grocery stores, and a short distance to Disney World. The owner and the property staff were extremly helpful in answering any question we had. All of the eateries were real close also. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big family. Out of 36 year's of vacationing, this was by far the best facility I have had the pleasure of staying at.
