Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
Welcoming four bedroom exquisite ranch, with a lenai covered patio with in-ground pool (3-5 ft deep) & attached whirlpool just beckoning for a family to enjoy it's wonderful comforts.
Enjoy Breakfast in the full eat in kitchen or at the breakfast bar Enjoy quiet evenings in the family room which boasts a 42" flat screen with Xbox game system and DVD player along with a small collection of movies and games. Feeling a little overwhelmed go on into your own room and watch something different, for all bedrooms have flat screen TV as well.
Don't want to leave your smallest member home, We are PET FRIENDLY, we welcome Small dogs (under 20lbs) with non-refundable $150.00 fee.
BBQ for cooking outdoors with metal utensils, plastic utensils for non-stick indoor cookware. Supplied w/Service for 8. Large Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer. Pool Towels are here too. Along with Hair Dryers in all 3 bathrooms.
Heat is provided for Pool and Whirlpool at an additional cost.

Just off Route 27, where you will find all your favorites: Cracker Barrell, Denny's, Perkins, Japenese and Chinese Restaurants as well as Burger King, McDonalds, Pizza Hut.
WalMart, Target, Publix (the better grocery store), all located on Route 27.
The house is just 3 minutes from Route 4 East which is 10 minutes to Disney, 20 minutes to Universal and 15 minutes to Sea World. Lego and Gator Lands are not too far away either.
Minutes away from Route 192 which has everything that your heart could want food and souvenir wise.
It is impossible to list all the wonderful features of this Home, you just have to see for yourself!
