Description of the Davenport vacation home rental

Beautiful executive 2100 square foot 4bed 3bath pool home located in the pristine community The Manors at West Haven. Our home offers two master suites. The first has a King size bed, walk in closet, garden tub, his/hers vanity, and walk in shower. The second has a Queen size bed and a private bathroom with walk in shower. Both have flat screen TV's and have sliding doors that lead out to the pool and lanai. In the 3rd and 4th bedrooms we have two twins in each room, these rooms also have flat screen TV's and share a bathroom which has access to the pool and lanai. The main living area is tastefully decorated with gorgeous new furniture and flat screen TV. There are oversized sliding doors that look out to the pool and lanai. The kitchen is open and spacious and has all new appliances. Off of the kitchen is our cozy breakfast nook which seats 4. We also have a formal dining room and a laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer. Located inside our two car garage you will find our fantastic game room which has a slate pool table, air hockey, ceiling fans and a bar with table and stools. For outdoor paradise relax by our west facing pool, it measures 30ft by 15ft and has a cascading spa. It is completely screened in. The lanai has an oversized deck. Our back yard has a conservation view, and our property is lined with orange trees for complete privacy. We have lovely outdoor furniture to enjoy, a table with chairs and loungers to sun bath on. The pool can be heated during the cold months for an additional fee.
This is a pet free, smoke free home for your added comfort.
We also offer FREE internet access.

Area Information

West Haven is a wonderful sought out community with beautifully landscaped roads and quality homes. We have tennis courts and a children's playground. We are located within minutes to some of the best golf courses in Central Florida. We are close to many shops, restaurants, and super markets. Champions Gate is one mile away, Disney is only 7 miles. Just up the road on 27 is Posner Park, a brand new huge shopping center that has all types of stores to meet your needs.

Will never stay at hotels ever again

Had a wonderful time at Disney Sunset Manor. The location to the attractions where all within 30 mins. The pool was great, the kids really enjoyed their stay. The house was really clean and modern. Cindy was very friendly to work with. Hope to visit again soon.

The Disney Trip

Where do I start! This home was a home away from home. Yes I said home it's that relaxing you can't get any better for the the price. The home had the ambiance the comfort and the enjoyment. The kids enjoyed the game room since we got there. The adults had fun too in the game room, but the kids had more. We enjoyed the lanai,hot tub and pool it was like being at a beach but no sand or crowds. I am sorry I can only give it 5 stars; it"s definately a 7 star. The lady marie was helpful and pleasant. Disney is only 8 minutes from here there is plenty of shopping around here too. We enjoyed every nook and cranny of this home. Exquisite beautiful home. We just overpacked. It has everything you need and then some. You can't ask for more it had it all. Perfect view even kids heard owls outside one night they wanted to find them. Thanks again Wayne and Cindy for your generous use of your home. Will definately stay there again even if we don't go to disney. There is so much to do in florida but the best trip to disney was had by all.

Perfect Home for Our Vacation!!!

Our family's stay in the Disney Sunset Manor home was a slice of heaven!! The home has a perfect location in a gated community close to Disney & many other attractions. It is beautifully decorated - very warm & inviting; we felt like we were in our own home, except for the gorgeous view of the pool & the conservation area beyond the pool. THAT we do not have at home!! And that view is what greets you when you open the front door. The main living area of the house is very open & feels quite large. There is seating not only in the living room, but also seating for 4 at the kitchen table & seating for 6 at the dining room table. There are not one, but two master suites, both with ensuite bathrooms (that are very large & have 2 sinks) & both with sliding patio doors that open onto the lanai. In addition to the 2 master suites, there are 2 additional bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each & another full bath which also opens onto the lanai. The triple sliding patio doors off of the living room open all the way. The screened-in pool area has hedges on both sides for privacy & a conservation area behind it with orange trees & other trees & foliage. The lanai is covered & very large & has a table & 4 comfortable chairs & 2 very comfortable lounge chairs. There are also extra chairs stacked for additional seating & a small side table. There is a beautiful pool & a whirlpool spa that cascades into the pool. There is a wonderful game room in the garage - a pool table & an air hockey table, along with bar-type tables & stools. We enjoyed our stay so much, and made many happy memories. We would DEFINITELY stay in this home again. I highly recommend it!!!

Even Better Than The Pictures

When we arrived at our vacation home, everything was perfect. Getting into the community and the house was easy and when we first walked through the home, we felt that it looked even nicer than the pictures looked on the website. It was bright and clean and nicely decorated. We are a family of five and it was plenty spacious. The backyard has an covered pool and spa and we used this everyday / evening, we all really enjoyed this aspect of our stay. We had one problem with the power going off in the two bedrooms with the twin beds in them and when we called the property manager,(Marie) she had someone come around to see what the problem was. It required an electrician and she had someone come and fix the problem right away, and checked in with us to ensure that everything was okay. She was also very helpful in referring us to local restuarants, and information about the beaches on both coasts. The location of the house was convenient, it was close to Disney exits, not too far from Universal or Sea World but the I-4 always seemed to be slow and backed up. We went to both Clearwater Beach which took about an hour and a half and to Cocoa Beach, about an hour and twenty minutes from the house. The house was great, the management was great and we would definitely rent it again.

Wonderful vacation experience!!

This is the second house we have rented in Florida and we were very pleased with everything in this house! The house is very clean, the pool and lanai are beautiful, the furnishings are gorgeous and my 3 children loved the game room as did my husband as well! The neighborhood was really peaceful and quiet and I love that the community was gated. Also the maintenance company they use is great. The lady was really nice, returned our call within minutes and answered any questions we had. We will definitely stay at this house again! Thank you for making our vacation perfect!!!
