Description of the Davenport vacation home rental

Relax under the lanai while the kids play in the pool after a fun day at Disney World. Or spend the day at Coco beach with all the pool and beach gear we provide.

Enjoy some privacy in the master bedroom with king bed, tv/dvd and ensuite that opens to the pool. On the opposite side of the house are two more bedrooms with queen beds and tv's. The bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom, each bathroom has a blow dryer.

We also have wireless internet, free long distance, PVR to record your favorite shows while out and over 900 channels.
We now have a 30 in. TV outside under the lanai.

The 1800 sq.ft. home has a formal living room and dining room that seats 4 as well as a well stocked kitchen that seats 7 and a family room with a queen pull out bed.

The garage has been set up as a sitting area with a table for 4, two lounge chairs, extra fridge, stereo and tv.

We also provide adult and kid bikes, playpen and booster chair.

perfect vacation

My family and I stayed 7 wonderful, restful nights at this home. It was the perfect location, close to the parks and restaurants but still far enough away to enjoy peace and quit. My kids, 11, 9 and 5 spent the day in the heated pool while my wife relaxed with a good book. The house had everything you would need to feel at home and was clean and comfortable. When it came time to leave we had to promise the kids we would be back next year! Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home and the great customer service. See you again next year!
