While location was okay, the house we rented was in need of a major renovation - the floors in the small main bathroom needed to be replaced, the toaster didn't work and overall it left me feeling unsafe.

Do not rent from Alec Anderson. Many of the amenities shown were not included. No dishwasher, no queen bed, no internet service, no grill. When I questioned him about the dishwasher, he replied simply that some have them, and some don't. The wash machine did leaked water on the floor we tried to use it. The called a repairman who worked on it and said it was now ok. The next time wee tried to use it, it still leaked water on the floor. When I complained about this, Alec asked us to leave because they could not live up to our standards. On the positive side, they did replace a broken microwave, and he did return the unused portion of the rent that I paid, although that took 7 weeks to get my check. Maybe that was because I threatened to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, and the BBB.

Good quality in this house, it was all there, we also could arrange internet. Quiet, close to everything by car. Clean and bright, and there were dark curtains that made me sleep so well in the master bedroom! I certainly will come back here again....and again!!

It was a wonderfull experience. My family enjoy our stay at the resident. It was like living in your own home.

This is the second year we rented a home in Palm Key Village and we are very well satisfied with the homes and how they were furnished. Having made these arrandements over the internet, we were a little sceptical about what we might encounter once we arrived, but both times the home and its furnishings were above our expectations. We like the area so well that we purchased a home in the area this season. We highly recommend this community!

We absolutely loved staying in Palm Key. Our home (Lady Palm) had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The neighbours were wonderful as well. We are definetly going back next year to stay for 3 months.

We had an incredible stay here, Alec was wonderful as was his house cleaner who made a trip out at night because we locked ourselves out of the house. We were two military families going on vacation before our husbands deploy again and they made our stay feel like home. Thank you so much!

My Family And I Spent 3 Days At This Wonderful Home Away From Home!!!! All We Had To Bring Was Our Clothing.. Everything Was Included, Even Washer/dryer With Detergent And Softner.i Will Stay Here Each Time I Visit The Orlando Area..
