Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa located on the Sandy Ridge community just 15 minutes from Disney and 5 minutes from the world renowned Champions Gate golf club. It provides everything you could need for the holiday of a lifetime even your own fully-screened private pool . The modern interior is luxuriously furnished and fully air-conditioned. The living area has a TV and DVD players, internet access. There are many excellent restaurants close by but you may also wish to make use of the fully equipped kitchen which has an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The utility area provides a washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedrooms both have king and queen sized beds and en-suite bathrooms while the third and fourth bedroom has two twin beds and access to the family bathroom.. All bed linen and towels are provided and each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The pool offers a great way to stay cool or keep the children entertained.

Area Information

Centrally located for all of the top attractions the villa is just 10 minutes from Disney whilst Universal studios, Wet and Wild, Seaworld and International drive are about 25 minutes away along Interstate 4. You are also within reach of the fantastic gulf coast beaches. The shopping in Florida is second to none and there are several outlet centres and shopping malls close by which offer designer labels at low prices. You are also close to a large supermarket and drug store.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time and were pleased with our stay. Wish the games were more complete (no darts, missing pool ball, ping pong net broken) because the kids would have played more, but the rest of the stay was great.

It allowed us to enjoy my son's family visiting from England in a setting that was large enough to accommidate us all, 4 adults and 3 children ages 2, 6, and 11 years of age. Loved the amenities of the home, the decoration, fully equipped (from the kitchen to the pool). The community was very quite and offered great amenities for the youth. We had a great time especially in the pool, since it was the meeting point for the adults wanting to play dominoes and for the youngsters to play in the water. The only thing missing was the internet. The staff was very attentive. Thanks for everything.)

We stayed at a rental home in Sandy Ridge subdivision. We really enjoyed it. We will definately return for our next trip. The stay was great as well as the Staff. Thanks Amazing Vacation Homes.
The only problems we had were minor. The handle on the stove was broken and we needed more wash clothes. Other than that the stay was perfect.

En total eramos 10 personas, dos matrimonios con 3 hijos cada uno, y todos quedamos muy cÃ³modos instalados. VolverÃa de todas maneras!
