4 bedroom Villa within a gated community in Davenport, Florida. 15 minutes from Disney Parks.

Sleeps 8 comfortably including a King and Queen sized bed.

It has a private screened SALT WATER POOL, large pool deck with 2 loungers and seating for 8 with a covered lanai.

The great room has a 46 inch LCD HD television. All 4 bedrooms have their own televisions. Playstation 2 is also available.

Fully equipped kitchen, new HE washer and dryer with all linens provided.

Wireless internet and free North America phone calls.

Stroller, High chair and Play and Go Playpen for you to use while you are guests.

No pets or smoking in the villa.

Clubhouse with a large pool and fitness room is available to all our guests to use.

Management company available 24/7 for all your needs.

Other Fees: Pool Heating is an extra $125/week or $25/night Pool heating is recommended from October to March. Minimum of 5 night stay. Cleaning costs of $85 will be added to all stays under 7 days.

Family Trip to Disney

This was our first family vacation with our 20 month old toddler. We were initially apprehensive about renting a house from a website, however, the owners Kim and Craig took the time to contact us directly and help us with our decision. Upon arrival, the house was perfect and it was refreshing to find that everything was exactly as advertised on the website. The house was spotless, well appointed and it is obvious the owners take great pride in their home. Any questions or concerns that we did have (the pool pump began to leak unexpectedly) were addressed immediately by the Fairways Property Management group . The rental met our needs perfectly and it was great to have all of the comforts of home while on vacation. We can't wait to book our next trip to this property!

We are very glad we stayed at this house instead of a hotel, we were able to cook our own meals and swim in a beautiful salt water pool when ever we wanted. The house is close to everything you need. The owners have taken the time to make the house an enjoyable place to spent your vacation. We are looking forward to coming back next year.
