This fantastic home is perfectly located for easy access to all that Central Florida has to offer!

Interstate 4 is just up the road from the Royal Palms community and gives fast and easy access to Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Seaworld, International Drive, Busch Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Kennedy Space Center, Legoland and both east and west coast beaches!

Recent upgrades have just been completed at the home including new interior paint scheme, themed kids bedrooms, new sofas and flat screen TV, new linens and more. There is a fun new game room with pool table, air hockey, darts, basketball game and pub table - perfect for kids of all ages.

This vacation home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with private en-suite bathrooms and TV. The King Master Suite has a large soaking tub and shower. Queen Master Suite has a large walk-in shower. The children's rooms each feature two twin beds. All bedrooms have plenty of drawer and closet space for storage of all the Florida bargains and souvenirs you will accumulate during your stay!

Surrounded by palm trees and boasting one of the largest pools in the area, you'll find it also features a spacious pool deck. A very important feature since you'll want to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying our wonderful Florida climate! The ultimate bonus is that the pool deck has a southerly aspect meaning sunshine all day! After lounging on the sun-drenched pool deck you can take some respite in the shady lanai area with a cool drink!

We had a great time at this house. This was our 3rd house that we have rented and our favorite so far. Nice location. Pool was really nice. Kitchen had everything we needed and game room was a lot of fun for our kids. We will definitely return
