Beautiful new 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, luxury home near Walt Disney World Florida. Spend a fun-filled day in the nearby theme parks of Orlando then come home to relax out in the backyard private heated pool and spa with gorgeous lake, wooded conservation area views.

Our home comfortably sleeps 12 people. There are 2 master bedrooms suites, 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each, and a colorful children's bedroom with 4 bunks. The home has a total of six televisions. One in each bedroom.

Our home is located in Watersong, a gated community that includes a clubhouse(just a couple houses away) with its own practice green, white sand volleyball court, community pool, fitness room, cyber cafe, large gathering room, and children's playground.

We are just a mile away from the nearest golf course, a 15-minute drive to the Orlando theme park attractions, and near several fishing areas.

Step out to our backyard sparkling pool and bask in the tranquility and gorgeous unobstructed views of the water and conservation woodlands and wildlife behind this spacious home.

HEATED POOL AND SPA.
Sit by or splash around in the private heated pool (15'x30'), watch the sun glisten off the surface, or listen to the water falling out from the spa while enjoying the wildlife and view. Relax, unwind and soothe away any aches you've gathered during the day by slipping into the refreshing, bubbling spa pool.

Make use of the outdoor dining area under the lanai for a wonderful place to sit together and enjoy a meal. We have several new cushioned sunning loungers and chairs.

The lanai also has an outdoor shower if you want to rinse off after a dip in the pool.

POOL TABLE AND SITTING AREA ON LOFT.
An excellent place to hang out and enjoy a game of pool with friends and family. Or curl up on the comfortable sofa and love seat and unwind with a book. No matter how you choose to relax this area is always a favorite.

This home also features air-hockey, darts and Ping Pong table. The garage has been converted into a very popular games room which provides hours of fun for the family to enjoy.

LARGE FAMILY ROOM.
The large family room is perfect to relax in during the day or evening, with its section sofa, furnishings and lamps, 46-inch flat-screen LCD TV, blu-ray player, Netflix, DVD library, and easy access to the pool deck.
