Description of the Davenport vacation home rental
You enter our community within the Reserve at Town Centre though impressive security gates and drive along palm lined streets to the end cul-de-sac.
Our home features an open concept living/dining/kitchen with walkout to pool overlooking the lake to the south. The living area will seat 5 plus there are 4 portable chairs for your comfort. The dining area seats 8. The kitchen is very wel stocked with just about anything you could want. Just buy your grocery items at the local store and you are ready to enjoy the full kitchen.
Two Master King Bedrooms have large ensuites and walk in closets. Both of these ensuites have walk in showers. The master bedrooms have sliding door exits to the pool patio area. One ensuite has an exit to the pool patio area for use while swimming.
There are two twin bedrooms that sleep 4 and a guest bathroom with bath/shower combo.
For your entertainment there is a 46" HDTV with HD programming in the living room and a TV in every bedroom. There is a player for DVD, PS3 and CDs. Our garage has been converted to a game area with a combo pool table and air hockey, as well as board games, etc.
Parking for one is available in the driveway, plus cars can park on the cul-de-sac.
We are located within a gated community and have the best secluded spot in the development with a large side lot, and conservation to the north. Our only neighbour is sheltered from the pool area by the bedroom on the west side, which provided some welcome shade later in the day.

Area Information
Our community is just south of the Kissimmee border just 12 minutes to Disneyworld. It is off the Champions Gate exit from Hwy. 4, and is located within the |Champions Gate/Reunion areas, two popular developing areas.
We have a shopping plaza just a couple of minutes away, and many local shopping plazas, outlet malls, strip malls, and inside malls to enjoy during your stay. There is a Sams Club and Costco as well as a number of Walmarts, Targets and a K-Mart.
You will find most chain restarants and many unique restaurants to enjoy, mostly along or near Hwy. 192, and International Drive.
The Champions Gate Golf Course is within 5 minutes, and all the attractions and theme parks are easily accessible.
An hour more or less will take you to the West or East Coast for a day's outing.
