Located in Davenport the home is only 12 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 30 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just over an hour from both coasts. Shopping and Restaurants galore are minutes away. For the golf lover there are over 20 courses within a half hour radius.

Home Away From Home

This is the second year in a row we've stayed at this home. It has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths--plenty of room if yu have out of town company. The kitchen is really nice with all the amenities you need. It's a really nice place, close to everything, and there is even a mall within 2 miles. Everything is really accessible; there are lots of restaurants and shopping within an 8 mile area. We really enjoyed our time here. The neighborhood is nice and safe.. My husband liked to walk the dogs across the street where the powerlines are. It's a really important thing to be able to find a nice place that is pet-friendly, because we travel with our 2 small dogs, and my parents stay with us with their little guy. My Mom & Dad were out on the lanai almost every single day to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We went to see the Detroit Tigers play during spring training, both at Lakeland and at Disney Wide World of Sports. Davenport-Kissimmee is so close to everything. It took us an hour to get to the Pier at St. Petersburg and 3 hours to get to Jupiter. The only thing I would ask is that the owners do some updating. They really need new mattress & spring sets in the 2 main bedrooms and new bedding for them. And it could use new carpeting. But like I said, for us it is a really nice place, which is why I am giving it a 4 star rating. With new beds it would be a 5, for sure.

ein wunderschönes haus, mit sehr schönen zimmern und einem super pool. alles war wie beschrieben, und bei kleineren problemen war das management sofort zur stelle, "sehr vorbildlich". wir können das haus mit gutem gewissen empfehlen, und werden es bei unserem nächsten aufenthalt wieder buchen. This villa has one of the best secluded pool areas I've seen. Very private. Nicely decorated and very well equipped so you can relax after a day of theme parks or shopping.

The house was just a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day at Disney World. The kids just love being able to have their own space and room to run around. We loved being able to use the pool and being from the northeast, swimming in December is a real treat. Thank you very much and we can't wait for our next trip!
