This luxury 3 bedroom townhouse features one king bedroom. one queen, and one twin bedroom downstairs, which can be locked off from the rest of the house , each bedroom has its own tv, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. there is also a sofabed which can sleep two comfortably We also have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,microwave, oven, fridgefreezer in fact everything you wiil need is included to make this a home from home feeling. Upstairs is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Situated in a quiet location overlooking a small lake makes this the ideal place to unwind after a hectic day at the parks.There is parking off road for two vehicles at the front.

Regal Palms is located in Davenport on the US27, Disney is 15 minutes drive , Seaworld and Universal Studios are 30 minutes drive. Regal palms offers a complimentary daily scheduled shuttle service from the resort to Walt Disney World, please book early to avoid disappointment at the concierge desk. Ajacent to the resort is Highlands Reserve, where you can enjoy a round of golf. Also there is a Publix supermarket and various restaurants, all within walking distance. .
