Description of the Davenport vacation townhouse rental
Regal Palms boasts a two acre pool complex with extensive bathing terraces and a 16,000 square foot clubhouse with restaurant, sports bar, games room and internet cafe.
There is also a modern reception area for 24 hour guest check in.
The resort has two heated pools a lazy river, water slide and pool side spa. Recent additions include a fully equipped fitness centre and beauty complex.
The resort is not open to the general public and all facilities are free to guests during their stay.
Resort also offers a free shuttle bus service to the Theme Parks.

This home was "All that and a bag of chips". My family truly enjoy our stay in this unit. Ian and Karen bless us with a beautiful home. Renting vacation home can be hit or miss. I think we hit a grand slam. Clean, free WiFi, comfortable furniture, fully stock kitchen, walking distant to pool area,key less door entry. Now for the negatives I had to go home, I had to go home, I had to come home. Thanks again to Ian and Karen and there management team for a 5 star stay at a value price, Thanks Thanks Thanks.....

We spent 7 nights at the resort and it was awesome, kids loved the pool area and the walk to the pool was less then 5 minutes, condo was nice and clean. you have to be somewhat careful where you stay because there are condos farther away from the pool, unless you don't mind walking, number of people did drive just because the walk was too long. We will defenatelly return

Our stay was very pleasant in Manny's condo. It had all the conveniences expected and a few more. The condo was perfect; newly furnished, comfortable beds, washer/dryer. Surprisingly paper products provided. Towels and sheets were plentiful and bath articles. Kitchen was well equipped with an exception that the microwave did not work for 5 of the 10 days there. This location is close to Attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. This condo will accept children but geared to an adult community. The complex is large, private and quiet in a great community area. We plan to return when we are visiting the area and would recommend this condo for extra comfort and safety. Great family place in the sun!

We are a family of four (two boys) visiting from Canada. We spent 7-nites at the Regal Palms & had a wonderful trip! The townhouse was immaculantly clean! 3 bed/3 bath/ 3 Large flat screen TV's. The pool area was unbelievable! It looked great in pictures, but SOOO nice & fun for our family. We didn't even end up going to Disney because we were enjoying the facilities so much. We were extremely pleased with everything about the Regal Palms. From location to service, to amenities - all were outstanding. The resort encompasses its own water park which makes it entertaining without ever leaving the complex. The staff was more than willing to meet our every need. There is shopping within walking distance and more specific shopping within minutes from resort.

Loved our condo.....very quiet neighborhood, spotlessly clean but sparsely outfitted (only TP and small bath soaps in units....plan on buying everything else....cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc)..... The Lazy River and water slide water were wonderful and the water was heated......pool was not...BRR ! .....Just to let everyone know there is a $10 per day fee for each condo for the Activities fee....then another $100 damage deposit charged by the resort.....also the shuttle to the parks has been cancelled and is not available any more.......other than those surprises it was a very comfortable resort close to shopping and to the theme parks.......

The house was above and beyond anything we had expected. The house had everything you could need and it was clean and fresh and bright. The grounds and the pool were exceptional and beautifully maintained. The owners of this particular house were friendly, helpful and answered any and all questions we had for them. I highly recommend this house for anyone doing disney, especially at this price. What a bargain.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo. It was neat, clean and modern. The pool and clubhouse area was awesome. The kids had as much fun in the pool and arcade as at Disney World. Please note that these units have only the barest of essentials when it comes to bath and kitchen items - we're talking one roll of toilet paper and one bar of soap and no extra dish towels or salt and pepper (or even coffee items) in the kitchen. So you will have to purchase some essentials once you arrive. Other than that, we had a great experience and would recommend this resort.

Great place for family stay

My family spent a week here in May and it is a great alternative to much more expensive and smaller hotels or resorts. The townhouse was spacious and clean and the 3 TV's avoided fights. The furniture was in very good condition although the beds were too firm. The resort will charge you an extra $10/day to use their facilities and you will need to provide some supplies (detergent, extra trash bags, etc). 20-30 minute drive to theme parks.
