We stayed here in May of 2009 (me, my partner our 2 children and my parents) After being let down last minute by a previous vendor, I was apprehensive about the whole process. However I contacted carl & julie regarding the reservation and they were fantastic to deal with, giving me prompt replies to my emails and also giving me valuable local information for when we arrived. The villa itself is marvellous, clean and much more spacious than the pictures look. The resort was fantastic, the pool was heated, and huge with a slide and lazy river (our children made lots of friends) , there were plenty of sun loungers. There was also a bar with poolside service and a resturant onsite (huge breakfasts!!) with v friendly staff. Moreover just a couple of minutes walk (very important as my parents didnt have a car) are a whole array of bars (checkout links bar!) and restaurants (chinese v good) and a massive supermarket. We had a fantastic vacation and would definately return to this villa

the place was great! new clean and nice. very house feeling. the owners are great people and communicate awsome. def going to plan another trip and wil def stay at this house. very very happy! everything ever close. has grocery store 2 mins away!

MY SON AND SEVERAL OF HIS JR. HIGH SCHOOL CLASSMATES WERE CHAUFFERED TO THE REGAL PALMS RESORT IN A WHITE STRETCH 15 PAX HUMMER LIMO. HE & HIS FRIENDS CELEBRATED HIS 13TH B/D. THE LIMO ARRIVED AT THE RESORT BEFORE I DID. IT WAS A RAINY FRI. EVENING. I CALLED AHEAD TO INFORM THE FRONT DESK THAT I WAS TRAILING THE LIMO BY 10 TO 15 MINS. THEY TOLD ME, NO PROBLEM AND THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE TO OPEN THE T/HOUSE FOR THE TEENAGERS. ONCE I ARRIVED, A LONG LINE AWAITED ME AT THE FRONT DESK. HOWEVER, MY WAITING TIME WAS EXPEDITED BY THE DESK CLERK. HE WAS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, & MOST OF ALL HUMOROUS. THE 4-BEDROOM T/HOUSE AND THE ENTIRE PROPERTY AREA WAS CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL, AND GAVE YOU THE FEELING OF SAFETY. SECURITY GUARDS ROAMED THE PROPERTY DAY AND NIGHT. THE EMPLOYEES WE MET ON THE PREMISES WERE EXTREMELY HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND INFORMATIVE. WE ALL HAD A BLAST!!!ON MONDAY, WHEN THE KIDS RETURNED TO SCHOOL, BY WORD OF MOUTH, THEY DID FREE ADVERTISING FOR THE RESORT. J. A. R. DEAN
