Come and enjoy your vacation at our 4 bedroom townhouse on the superb Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Orlando

Sarasvilla is one of the largest on the resort with over 1800 sq ft of living space. It is situated within phase one only minutes from the pool. The Front terrace has been fully tiled and with an east facing aspect enjoys early morning sunshine.The West facing terrace at the rear which is also fully tiled is bathed in sunshine and a lovely place to sit back and chill.

We adore our Floridian home and take great care in keeping it in tip top condition. We annually carry out maintenance and updates to ensure it is of the standard you deserve..

Tropical Pool Complex
Regal palms features a 2.5 acre tropical pool complex that include 2 heated pools, water slide, heated lazy river, hot tub and Jacuzzi/spa. Complimentary towels are supplied at the Tikki Bar. There are extensive sunbathing terraces to relax on, a children's play area and a superb bar restaurant with an outside terrace. Lay by the pool and be served exotic cocktails. The pool features a Zero entry point for those little ones. You may have trouble dragging the children away. The resort pool can only be used by guests of the resort.

Clubhouse
The elegantly constructed clubhouse includes a 24hr front desk, business center and for the kids a games room. Further superb facilities include a fully stocked bar with large screen tv's for live sport coverage. The Resort offer 'Happy Hours'and entertainment such as barbeques and Karaoke

Health Spa
The spa offers a full range of beauty treatments at an additional cost. The fully equipped gym is accessible to all guests. There is a steam room, jacuzzi and tanning room as well as immaculate shower facilities. Why not pamper yourself.. You deserve it

Situated behind berry Town centre, just a 5 minute stroll from the villa, with its selection of restaurants, shops and bars and a publix supermarket make it a perfect vacation destination.

There are a number of Bars & restaurants located in Berry Town centre within a few minutes away as well as a Publix.
