THE HOUSE
Our quiet 3 bed air conditioned house with executive furnishings package includes a large living room & dining area with cable TV, telephone, full kitchen & laundry room with washing machine & tumble dryer
The 3 bedrooms comprise one Master suite with King size bed & two twin bedrooms each with 2 single beds, making 4 single beds in total.
The first large Master bedroom has its own ensuite with "supersize" bath for extra luxury, TV with remote control & double wardrobe. The twin bedrooms share one bathroom, have double size wardrobes and TV with remote.
The advantage of this house is that it has a large Living Room area & large kitchen and a bathroom/wc all on the ground floor.
All the larger rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort

Our experience at the Regal Palms was one the kids and I will always remember. The booking process was easy and was kept well informed with all the detail from check-In to Check-out. From the moment we walked in we were in love. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It had everything you need for a family of 5. It was better than expected. Each room had its own bathroom and that was a plus especially with 3 children that like their own privacy. The resort clubhouse was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool everyday they were there. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed the waterslide and the lazy river the most. The movie night by the pool was so relaxing after a long hot day at the parks. The staff was very friendly especially Mrs.Wendy. We loved each and everything at the Regal Palms. I definitely recommend booking directly with Simon. It was the best vacation ever. We will definitely be back next year.

Hi, I (33) booked the house with my wife (33) and my son (6) in september 2012. The check-in was simple and as we arrived in the house I knew this will be a great vacation! Everything clean and the resort itself is the perfect place for relaxing, in Disney World my son already told me that after we arrive home we have to go to the pool again! :) Nice staff and all the stores we needed in close range. You have Walmart, Ross, Target and the Premium Outlets (the big one at the I4 and our favourite at Vineland Street) plus all kind of food from indian to steakhouses. We drove to the beaches often, it took us only 45 Minutes to Clearwater Beach & Indian Rocks Beach at the gulf of mexico. Back in the house we had wifi and a good signal for our mobiles. After beeing back to germany for one week we already plan our next trip to the same object, thank you Simon.

we had a great time at our rent-house in Regal Palms and we sincerely want to thank Simon (the owner): everything was perfect! We loved the house, the resort and the pools!!! We surely would recommend this house, especially to families with kids: our 3 (aged 7, 11 and 14) had a lot of fun at the playroom of the resort and by the pools. The resort and the house were very clean. Another positive point is that there is a Publix supermarket close to the resort and a Walmart at 10-15 minutes drive.

We stayed here for 9 days and it was wonderful. The pool was awesome. The only complaint would be with the pool was if you didn't get to the pool by 10am you would not get a seat. There was alot of seat's saved but no one sat in the chairs all day. We were about 15 minutes from all the parks which was fine with us. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will definitly stay again!! Thanks so much.

House was lovely & very comfortable with all that was needed for a convenient & affordable vacation with children. My five grandkids didn't want to leave! The house was immaculate when we arrived. The resort amenities were terrific; the pool with the lazy river kept my 10-year old grandson water-logged & the slide was an added enjoyment. MY four grand daughters seriously worked on their tans so they could be the envy of their friends when they got back to school in NY. and I enjoyed a Spa Day; The Resort was beautiful, clean & well maintained. The staff was helpful & courteous & went above & beyond to be accommodating. The restaurant was a welcome sight when we arrived so we were able to relax on the patio with a delicious lunch. Both the arrival & departure process was easy & quick & the staff was helpful in getting us around the area. The proximity to the Disney Parks, Universal, Sea World, etc. was very doable & we all enjoyed our visits. It was very nice to come back to the house after a long, tiring day. We would all DEFINITELY choose to return & recommend Regal Palms & this house to all our friends & relatives. These five grandkids are already making plans to go back & since they are only five of fourteen grandkids, you can be sure the other nine are waiting for their turns. We liked EVERYTHING so it's hard to pick out just one! Thank you for a memorable vacation!

From the moment we found this website to leaving, it was a great experience. Simon was very helpful and responded quickly to any of my emails and endless questions. Yes we were Leary but it was exactly as it looked in the pictures in fact I was impressed as to how clean it actually was . We really did have a great time and we had older kids with us -14 -16. Also we bot Bush Garden tickets at walmart and took a free shuttle from west gate. Public grocery store was within walking distance and walmart was just 5 min away. Staff were a excellent as well. Most relaxing vacation ever!!!!

My wife, two kids 3 and 6, their Great Grandmother and I stayed here for a week. The place was amazing!! The townhouse was so nice and very clean and lots of room. The swimming complex was a dream!! We stayed right there at the resort. The only time we hit the main road was to go to the supermarket which was conveniently located less then 1/4 mile from the resort. The water slide and lazy river was phenomenal!! The zero entry part of the pool was great for our 3yo. No stress, very relaxing and refreshing!!! I already have recommended this resort to many people and I am also to you, the reader of this review.

The house was very near to the pool complex. We were lucky, because the resort has 100 of houses, some far away. The whole resort is very nice, and the staff very friendli. The pool complex had everything, lazy river, different pools etc. This place is awsome with kids. Unforgenently the house was not very clean (bathrooms, old hair everywhere). Next time, I will rent somewhere else with a private patio, I missed that. But it is a fun place for people who loves to hang around the pool. Susan

Great Resort for the kids and adults, extremely courteous staff, great restaurant on site. Stores and restaurants walking distance. Villa we stayed in was VERY clean!!!!! Very spacious. Quiet and didnt need to bring anything!!! Would go again in a minute. And would refer to family and friends!!!!!

We stayed in a 4 bedroom townhouse, very clean and comfy. The resort is close to all the parks ie. Disney, Universal. The resort pool area is a wonderful place, water is nice and warm, the kids loved the waterslide and lazy river. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would return in the future.

Booking through the internet very often feels a little bit scary, but in this case it turned out we had nothing to be afaid of. We loved the house, which was very clean with beatyfull furnitures. Our 2 teenagers and 9 year old loved the pool and waterslide. Simon provide us with all the informations we needed regarding, how to get from the airport, finding the Regal Palms and he even tipped us about shopping possibilities nearby. Truly amazing property!!! We loved the pool and the slides, water is heated and you order your food and drinks right on the pool deck - very handy with kids. Buy your floating devices at House is amazing, very clean, fully stuffed with all appliances - TV with cable in every bedroom. There is a dishwasher, washer & drier, vacuum and anything else you might need. Tonnes of dishes, glasses, mugs. It's a quick 20 min to Disney and right next to a shopping center with supermarket, Chinese, pizza & a bar. The restaurant on the property is also pretty good. As good as it gets. I would love to come again!!!

We rented a townhouse in July 2010 and we had a great time. It felt like our own 2nd home. Every day when we were on a trip, when we came back it felt like coming home. It's a very nice feeling. The swimming pool was a lot of fun and even after dark it was oké to swim. The only negative was that we had to go home again. We'd love to come back some time in the future.

Our family found the Regal Palms Resort through the internet. The resort was a beautiful place! The 3 bedroom house that we stayed in was very clean and well kept. It had all the necessary essentials that every home has. The pool area was so beautiful and again very well kept and clean. Our two kids(7 and 4 year olds) loved the pool, the lazy river and the water slide. They had a blast! We truly enjoyed ourself at the resort. The weather was excellent for the week we were there also. Everything was near by. From the supermarket, to the disney parks. We didn't have to travel far for anything. Thanks Simon for having our family stay at your lovely home and we look forward to coming back in the near future. I would definetly recommend and have recommeded to everyone that I know. We stayed on this property with our baseball team.The amenities were great and everything was just like we saw on the web site. Simon was on the ball with information and taking care of us before our stay and afterwards with a follow up email to check our stay was what we had expected. It was close to Disney and teh price was great for what we had available to us. Would certainly stay again if we were to travel back to Disney. Our fellow team mates were impressed with the accomodations too. The only problem we had was our key stopped working. They were at our house door before we got back from the reception to fix it. The reception area and staff were all very helpful. overall great experience.

we contacted simon through is webb site on the net. information was first class every thing that he sent us help when we arrived in orlandor. house was well kept clean an very tidy. every thing was there for you to feel at home.regal palms area if you want to relax you can if you want to swim or keep fit it's there so it's home from home.my family had a great time it was very sad leaving but we will return.

Our family has never chosen to rent a house before. I was very nervous about the aspect and felt a hotel would be better for our vacation. I was wrong. The house was so comfortable and the resort was far better than most hotels. The price was very affordable and we had a wonderful time. The pool and water slide were an endless source of joy for the children. The townhouse was spacious and very clean. Having our family all together was so nice. One of the most relaxing and rewarding vacations I have been on. WE LOVED IT! The only thing we will change is next time we will stay longer!

My friend, her two children and myself stayed at the Regal Palms for week in August 2009. We loved the proximity to Disney, yet enough distance to feel that we were leaving the crowds behind. Everything about our stay was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the check-in was easy, the pool was refreshing and fun, and the other guests were very pleasant to be around. All in all, we are very pleased we made the decision to stay at the regal Palms and would reccomend it highly to others

Our family stayed at Regal Palms and found the resort excellent. We rented the house from Simon and the house was immaculate, was fully equipped and was spacious. The pool area was superb with a lazy river and great slide. The local Publix supermarket had a great selection of fresh food and was a 3 min walk away. Most of the parks were withen a 25 min drive away so car hire was essential (sat nav a must!) I would highly recommend regal palms as a base and would look for Simon again as his house was exactly as described. I read some other reviews and the accomadiation described was not as good.

The Condo was very clean, great location, great pool and the beds were very comfortable! The only thing is that I had wished there were more towels. I would definately stay here again if we ever go back!!!

The directions on how to find the place were clear and easy to follow. We loved the house, which had everything a vacationing family could need. We have three children aged 7 to 11. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent, although we did not cook. Instead we used the many local take out restaurants and the excellent hot food from the supermarket which was almost next door. The master bedroom was huge, and the living quarters were very comfortable. It was relaxing to return to the house and its coolness every evening. Our children loved the pool, particularly the water slide and the lazy river. They were as happy to spend time there as in the water parks at Disney. The resort was quiet and felt very safe. All of the staff at the resort were very helpful. I would love to return there, and have no hesitation in recommending to other families vacationing in the Orlando area.

We just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay Simon's house on the Regal Palms. This was our first vacation with our extended family and our first time renting a house. We booked through Simon, everything went so smooth. We could not have asked for more, the house was very clean, spacious and comfortably housed 6 of us for the duration of our visit. Our 3 year old son had a fantastic time playing in the pool, so much so he would ask to leave the parks (Disney World) during the day so he could swim. It was nice to be able to cook for ourselves while away, the condo came with just about everything you need. We did have some minor trouble with one of the bathrooms but that was quickly repaired by Maintenance. All in all, a beautiful area, great house, friendly staff & one unforgetable vacation. I would recommend the Regal Palms to anyone, we would definitley return.

We had a great stay at the Regal Palms. It was all that was promised. The kids especially enjoyed coming home and using the pool after a day at the theme parks. It was great value for us. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and a toddler and had lots of room. The house was clean and comfortable We would recommend the Resort for your stay in the Disney area.
