Description of the Davenport vacation townhouse rental

Located very close to Orlando's Theme Parks, 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes to Universal.

Fully furnished and equipped 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. Located within the prestigious 4 star rated Regal Palms Resort & Spa, the townhouse has 4 bedrooms with king and queen size beds in bedrooms 1 and 2, both have ensuite facilities. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds in each and share the 3rd bathroom. Cable TV is in both master bedroom and lounge.

The property features central air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer and in room safe. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven, large fridge freezer with ice maker, microwave. There is parking for 2 cars. The lounge has patio doors to a covered patio area and sofa bed. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The resort is the perfect choice for families wishing to have their independence whilst enjoying the facilities of a resort and still being close to Orlando's great attractions.
The clubhouse features a 24x7 reception, restaurant and sports bar, business centre with internet facilities, pool terrace and games room. A further building houses a gymnasium, spa, health and beauty complex. The private gated grounds feature an extensive tropical pool complex with two heated pools with lazy river, hot tub, water slide, a central island and extensive sun decks. A shuttle bus is available to the major theme parks. A publix supermarket and further restaurants are a few yards from the resort. Adjacent to the resort is the 18 hole Highlands Reserve Golf Course, this is a 72 par championship course with extremely challenging greens.

Deposits: $100 Deposit is required to secure requested dates on all bookings and is credited toward full payment. Full payment due 60 days before arrival. Payment due in full if booked before 60 days of arrival. Please also note: There is an additional cleaning charge of $75 for reservations of less than 6 nights. This is the charge to clean the whole house when you leave and is what the Management Company charge us. Any reservation over 5 nights, we absorb this charge.
Other Fees: Florida State Lodging Tax of 12%: CLUB MEMBERSHIP: There as an additional charge of $10 per night per reservation (NOT PER GUEST) for temporary membership of the Regal Palms Sport & Social Club. Membership entitles free access to all the facilities of the Regal Palms Resort which includes full use of the Water Park, Heated Swimming Pools, Water Slide, Lazy River, Jacuzzi's, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room, Free Beach Towels etc. You pay this to the Resort when you Check-in, not to us.
