Description of the Davenport vacation townhouse rental

This 4 bedroom with 3 baths has been recently updated with all new furniture and inventory. There are 2 master suites, one has a king size bed, and the other is a queen size. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. There are tvs in all the bedrooms. The living room has a queen sofa bed with a 32" flat screen tv with dvd/cd & radio. There is a washing machine and dryer. A portable crib and hi chair are also included.

Area Description

This townhome is located in Regal Palms Spa and Resort. This resort has a water park with a slide and lazy river, clubhouse, gym, health centra and spa, golf course. Disney is only 8 miles away. There is a Publix Supermarket, bank, gas station, Apple Bees, strip mall within a 2 minute drive. This is a 5 Star Resort. The swimming pool is open until 11:30 pm., a great way to end the day at the theme parks.
