Description of the Davenport vacation townhouse rental

Stay at Tropical Paradise Resort which has it all, Fully Gated Community, 24hrs Guests Reception, Full Spa, Water Slide , Lazy River, Full Gym, Entertainment, Sports Lounge and about 8Miles distance from Disney. This 4 bedrooms and 3Baths Town Home has been fully remodeled along with extras. First level offer Queen sized suite with full sized bath, second level feature King sized suite along with furnished bath. Other 2 bedrooms feature two twin beddings along with TV’s in all bedroom. Newly added Pillow top beds in each bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked along with all Modern Amenities and Appliances, Access to Free Secured Wire less Internet, Washing Machine and Front Load Dryer. Blow Dryers provided in all bathrooms, free portable crib, high chair, stroller, linens and towels are available. Home is near by the Regal Palms Club House – Water Park. Also, 24hrs guests reception, Business Center, Internet, Sundry Store, Casual Dining, Games area, Swimming pavilion with two heated pools, lazy river, water slides, full spa, darts, tiki hut, sports lounge which feature large screened in TV’s, pool table, fitness center, private computer room and golf (Highland Reserves ) . About 8miles distance for Disney World. Home is perfect for disabled or elderly aged. There is Parking area for two vehicles.

Area Information

About 2 minutes short walking distance from Resort for Publix Super Market which sells everything which our guests might need, also there is Chinese Restaurant, Applebee’s home style restaurants, Pizzeria, English Pub (Chips and Fish)along with fun and entertainment, exciting sports from the world, Medical Center, Gas Station, Post Office, Pharmacy and Bank . There is Wal Mart about 5 minutes down the Highway 27 in the Davenport, about 10minutes distance from Disney, about 20 minutes frm Sea World and Universal. The Orlando International Airport is about 30minutes short drive along with Sanford at 50minutes. Regal Palm is a part of Highland Reserve Community that has its private golf course (situated across the road). Wal mart is 5mins drive and then there are finest restaurants with in 5 minutes.

Regal Palms Resorts Spa Waterpark Near Disney

When I first book this at the last minute the young lady was very nice and very patient with me and my family because we had 2 home. I didn't exspect it to be as nice as it was because of the last minute plans. But we really enjoy ourselves and I'm looking forward to coming again. We really did'nt have the money to pay too stay for a week but God was in the plan and she work with us and for us. We did'nt have enough money to take all the kids too Disney but we made the best of it because we all was able to spend time as a family at the water parks and other parks in the area.

"Wonderful vacation"
We were very happy with the villa. It was very clean and spacious. Laura was incredible to work with. Any questions that we had, she answered promptly. The villa was very well supplied with everything you could need for your "home away from home". The staff at Regal Palms were courteous and very helpful. The facilities were better than expected. The pool area was great. And the resort location was very conveinent being that it was only 15 minutes away from Disney World. We will definitley stay here again and would recommend her to anyone. It was a 10 out of 10

We really enjoyed the stay at Laura's home. We invited friends to meet us for my husbands birthday and they loved the house and the resort. The resort staff is friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to stay there again.

"Great stay - great price"
Took a nice vacation with my family and had a wonderful time. The condo was great, 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Well kept, neat and clean. The pool area was wonderful. Plenty to do to keep you busy. If you can purchase floats prior to your stay, you will save a little money. You don't need them but it's better to have them. Definately try to stay here again.

"Best Vacation"
We recently stayed at LaurasVilla at the Regal Palms.It was more than we expected. The rooms were spacious. The living area and kitchen had everything you can need. The resort itselfis great.The lazy pool was a big with the kids. Laura was very helpful from the first day I inquired about the villa. I would definitely recommend her villas and RegalPalms. Perfect for a big family.

"Clean, comfortable villa near Orlando attractions"
Regal Palms Resort offers 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villas in a resort setting close to the Orlando attractions. We rented one of Laurasvillas (I believe she has two) and the villa was immaculate. The furniture was nice, the king size bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, as were the other beds (according to the kids). This villa was within a short walking distance of the pool, tiki bar, restaurant, spa. The resort itself was clean. The restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The pool and lazy river were relaxing and fun. The kids enjoyed the water slide. I would highly recommend this particular villa in this resort.
