This townhome is only 7 miles from Disney World,There are many restaurants, shops and golf courses closeby.Walmart is 2 miles away.Conveniently located just 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World, 20 minutes from Sea World, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and only 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
This 1500 Sqft townhouse has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed,1 queen bed,2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed).2 full bathroom, Deluxe master bathroom with tub and separate shower.fully equipped kitchen,,Free WiFi Internet and Free long distance telephone call in USA and Canada.Two 32" TVs and one 27 " TVs.Xbox360 game station.soccer table.The home is also baby friendly. We provide a full size crib, high chair and a stroller for the baby.
We offer washer and dryer as well as linens and towels.Checking In is by key code, you can check in anytime after 4Pm.
Unfortunately the community itself has no pool or recreational facilities of it's own which is reflected in the low all year round rental prices.so if you can live without pool then this place is ideal for you and will save you hundreds dollars in rental costs.

Condo Rental

The Condo we stayed at was very clean and well maintained.. It was easy to get there with our GPS. WalMart was nearby if we needed to run and get anything. There is a longer drive to the airport or Disneys because of traffic, but the good price and the spaciousness makes up for that. The neighborhood is quiet and private which also is a plus when you want to relax and get away from the parks. I also got my deposit back quickly and the owner answered my emails promptly.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was very clean and the house appliances were new. We liked it. Deposit returns quickly. It is very cheap according to its comfort. We want to rent this condo next year also. If you choose this condo you won't be regretful.
