Description of the Davenport vacation townhouse rental
Our 4 bedroom home is the perfect place to relax with all your home comforts .
The Master en-suite bedroom has a king-size bed with luxury pillowtop mattress , walk-in closet and safe and a TV .There is also a small balcony .
There are 2 twin bedrooms , both with large closets , and a tv in one of them . These are served by a bathroom with bath and shower .
Downstairs is a further en-suite bedroom with queen size bed with luxury pillowtop mattress .
The lounge area has a large screen tv and a dvd player . There are also several books . The kitchen is fully equipped with full-size oven , dishwasher etc. There is also a washer /dryer and ironing board so you don't need to take too many clothes !
Free high speed internet access in home .
The fantastic pool complex with lazy river , waterslide and hot-tub is only a few minutes walk away .Also a sand volleyball court .
There is also a bar/restaurant , tikki-bar, gym ,beauty salon,shop, gamesroom and computer-room by the pool .
New for 2012 Banana Jacks Indoor Play zone .

Across the road is an 18 hole par 72 golf course . A few minutes away there is a Supermarket , Chinese Takeaway , an Indian restaurant , a Pizza parlour and an Applebees restaurant , and a few small shops . 4 minutes up the road is a Walmart store and more eating opportunities .
The resort is approximately 15 mins drive from Disney , 25 mins from Seaworld , 30 mins from Universal . The new Legoland is approx 20 - 30 mins away .
Tampa and Busch Gardens are an easy hour's drive away and the Gulf Coast beaches just a short distance further .
Orlando International is 45 minutes away .
The area is very peaceful and is the perfect getaway after busy days at the parks or even just for a relaxing poolside vacation in the Florida sun .

A great vacation!

We had a wonderful time here. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the entire townhome was spacious and well-suited for teenagers and adults. It is a little distance from the pool, but the pool area is well worth the walk. The owner was very nice and answered all our questions in a timely manner. It's an incredible deal for the price, and the check in process was swift and easy. I can't wait to go back!

Our stay was perfect...the accommodations were clean, near swimming complex, spa, and entrance. The workers were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was simple and the rate was affordable and well worth the money. I would and will highly recommend to family and friends. The location of the villas were near I 27 so it was easy to go to many nearby ball parks and theme parks but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet.
