This is a non smoking property in a gated resort that has a maximum capacity of one couple and 2 kids.
This is a privately owned Mini Suite Studio that is the best bargain in the Disney Area. Why stay on a busy highway with a small swimming pool next to the road or parking lot. Stay in a resort with a clubhouse, heated pool, hot tub, exercise room, kids playground, tennis court, basketball and a sand volley ball court, quiet area, with A/C, kitchenette, walk in closet, full bath . Close to Disney World and the other major attractions in the Orlando area.

Spend your days and evenings in the theme parks and then sleep in a quiet comfortable mini suite. Work out in the exercise room in the mornings, take a swim or relaxing soak in the hot tub and make breakfast in the kitchenette before going to the parks. Or else just stay at the resort and enjoy all the amenities and get a tan on the pool deck.
We have other townhouses in the resort available up to 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths including whirlpool tubs at similar savings. The larger townhouses have some unique Disney decorative surprises for the kids.


Here is what you will find in the mini suite:
The kitchenette is complete with under-the-counter refrigerator, a cupboard full of dinnerware, drink ware, utensils, and cookware. There is a full-sized microwave over the stainless steel sink, single burner stove, electric griddle, bagel/bread toaster, and a coffee maker. A kitchen table with 2 chairs for in-house meals and morning coffee. There are cleaning supplies in the cabinet under the sink. There is also a starter supply of paper products, soap and cleaning supplies. Full size bath with a shower tub. There is a wall mounted hair dryer next to the vanity. Extra towels and wash clothes are included. Two double beds that covered with foam and quilted mattress covers, an alarm clock radio and a lamp on a 2 drawer nightstand between the beds. There is also a double dresser as well as a 3 shelf book stand for your storage. Enjoy a remote control 27" cable TV from a comfortable reading chair with lamp or just watch TV in bed. There is also free Wi-Fi available.
A/C with heat in addition to a lighted tropical overhead fan keeps the breeze circulating on those warm days or nights.
The large walk in closet stocked with extra sheets, blankets, iron and ironing board.

Upon arrival, you’ll find your studio meticulously clean! There will be initial cleaning supplies and a vacuum in the unit for you to use during your stay. Since entry keys to the unit are in a lock-box, no check-in is required. All information on how to access the lock box and entrance gate code will be included in your confirmation. Park in front of your private entrance.

The Four Corners area of Davenport Florida is South West of Orlando away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city and tourist areas safely tucked away in a quieter, more country-like setting but still just minutes from all the excitement.

The nearest entrance to Disney World (Animal Kingdom) is only 6 miles away or an easy 10 minute ride. For a perspective on how far this is, keep in mind that Disney World covers about 76 square miles with only 36 square miles are currently developed. It takes many visits to Disney World to really know it the way that the locals know it. We pass this on to our guests to let them get more for their money on a once in a lifetime vacation.

For all the golf enthusiasts; there are easy golf courses with rates for 18 holes with cart as low as $15 to championship caliber courses like Highland Reserves at about $27 for 18 holes with cart after 1:00 PM.

There is a supermarket, car wash, gas station, liquor store, Applebee’s restaurant and many other stores and offices about a half mile from the resort. There are major shopping complexes including a Walmart about 2 miles in either direction.
