Living Room
The Sunken Living Room has a wet bar with 3 bar stools that is open to the kitchen. There is also a bar cabinet stocked with glassware for entertaining. The Living Room has a Remote Controlled 31” 70 Channel Cable Stereo TV in Living Room. Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, love seat, coffee table and an upholstered rattan chair in the Living Room. A large tropical palm leaf paddle fan is in the center of the living room, for your comfort. Sliding glass and screened doors lead to a step down outdoor patio, with a round umbrella table and 4 chairs.

Dining Room
The dining room overlooks the sunken living room and features a glass topped table under a glass chandelier with 6 matching chairs. There is also has a full size high chair for infants.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen including dishes, glassware and flatware, coffee maker, bagel & bread toaster, blender, mixer ,tea kettle and cookware, all full size appliances including a dishwasher, electric range, refrigerator / freezer as well as a washer & dryer.

Glamour Master Bedroom
MB suite has a queen size bed under a cathedral ceiling with a tropical paddle fan The bedroom has a dresser as well as two night stands. A Soji screen in the bedroom for privacy, if needed. There is a 25"remote control TV and VCR, a clock radio and a large walk-in closet.

Master Bath
The private master bath features a raised jacuzzi whirlpool garden tub under a skylight. Also, there is a wall mounted hair dryer for your convenience. Private bath with a Separate glass enclosed shower with a seat and a separate Water Closet Room,

Disney Twin Bedroom
Twin kids BR features a Disney Mickey Mouse cable TV, radio, DVD and Disney decorations and wall pictures.

Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom has a double bed under a lighted ceiling paddle fan, chest of drawers; remote control cable 20" TV and two night stands with a clock radio.

This 2nd master bedroom has its own private entrance has two double beds under a paddle fan, a double dresser, night stand, bookcase, a wall mounted remote controlled 25” cable stereo TV and clock radio. There is also a walk in closet and a private bathroom complete with a wall mounted hair dryer. There is a kitchenette with a wet sink / bar, under counter refrigerator, full size microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a tabletop electric griddle.

The Four Corners area of Davenport Florida is South West of Orlando and away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city and tourist areas safely tucked away in a quieter, more country-like setting but still just minutes from all the theme parks and excitement.

The nearest entrance to Disney World (Animal Kingdom) is only 6 miles away or an easy 10 minute ride. For a perspective on how far this is, keep in mind that Disney World covers about 76 square miles with only 36 square miles are currently developed. It takes many visits to Disney World to really know it the way that the locals know it. We pass this on to our guests to let them get more for their money on a once in a lifetime vacation.

For all the golf enthusiasts; there are easy golf courses with rates for 18 holes and cart as low as $15 to championship caliber courses like Highland Reserves at about $27 for 18 holes with cart after 1:00 PM.

There is a supermarket, car wash, gas station, liquor store, Applebee’s restaurant and many other stores and medical offices about a half mile from the resort. There are major shopping complexes including a Walmart about 2 miles in either direction.
