This townhome is only 7 miles from Disney World,There are many restaurants, shops and golf courses closeby.Walmart is 2 miles away.Conveniently located just 15 minutes to Disney World, 20 minutes to Seaworld, 30 minutes to Universal Studios.

This 1900 Sqft townhouse has 5 bedrooms (4 queen beds,2 twin beds 1 queen sofa bed).3 full bathroom, Deluxe master bathroom with tub and separate shower.fully equipped kitchen,,Free WiFi Internet and Free long distance telephone call in USA and Canada.one 42' HDTV(free up to100 HD channels and hundreds of Digital Channels to choose) and 3 32' TVs.one 27' TV with XBOX360 game station.The home is also baby friendly. We provide a full size crib, high chair and a stroller for the baby.We offer washer and dryer as well as linens and towels.

Unfortunately the community itself has no pool or recreational facilities of it's own which is reflected in the low all year round rental prices.
