Our beautiful new villa is finished to a superior standard and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large open plan living area featuring a vaulted ceiling and A/C throughout. The villa has a private 26FT x 13FT pool and spa. All bedrooms have TVs with cable. DVDs and Games console are also available. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the theme parks.

The Mediterranean Style 2700 Sq. Ft. Clubhouse has a Fitness Room, Childs' Indoor Play Room, a Large Lounge, and a Covered Lanai looking out over a Tennis Court, Sand Volleyball Court, Tot Lot and Palm Garden. Site,orlandovilla2007

The new Mediterranean style community of Tuscan Hills is located on the increasingly popular Highway 27. It is just 1 mile South from the Western end of Highway 192. Disneyworld is less than 10 miles away and there is easy access to the I4 and on to Tampa, Busch Gardens or the Gulf beaches.

There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes away and a Walmart Super Center just 5 minutes away. The nearest bank, gas station and convenience store are within a 1 mile drive. In just a couple of minutes you can reach Highway 192 with literally hundreds of restaurants, shops and all types of entertainment. There are dozens of top quality golf courses all less than a 30 minute drive away, the nearest being Highland Reserve, less than 2 miles down the road.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $180 per week is due with booking. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking. Payment of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. Upon receipt we will send out directions and lock box number to your villa. A $275 refundable security deposit is required before travel.
   
• Other Fees: Less than 6 nights, extra cleaning fee $85 Pool heat if required $22 per day. All prices + 7% Sales Tax & 5% County Occupancy Tax.
