Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This brand new luxurious villa is available for your vacation rental in April 2006. This beautiful 2-story house is built by national brand name builder, Beazer Homes, and has 5 bedroom with 3 master suites, 4.5 bathroom, private heated pool and a spa in a prestigious community. It is located 10-15 minute drive to the main gate of Disney World, 20-25 minutes from Universal Studio, Sea World.

Three spacious master suites equipped with private bathrooms. The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and luxuriously furnished by a professional interior designer. It is an executive home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast table. The formal dinning room is equipped with a beautifully decorated dinning table with six chairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The local phone call is free, and the fiber optic high speed internet connection is available.

Built in Spring 2006, this brand new luxury Orlando vacation home has been furnished throughout by professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. There is a screened private heated pool and spa with privacy fence for your relaxation. We use a highly recommended management company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.

The Villa has a spacious open plan fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker. Adjacent is a breakfast nook with table and chair seating for four that overlooks the pool area. Cooking utensils, filter coffee maker, baking set, dishes and telephone, and more are also included.

Dining room:

Formal dining table with 6 chairs, highchair.

Family room:

The family room has a sofa and a love seat, side tables, coffee table, Deco lights and floor lamps, and provides access to the pool area, along with a large screen multi-channel cable television/DVD and ceiling fan.

Laundry Room:

Washer & Drier, Detergent & softener, Towels & Linens Provided.

Entertainment:

Entertainment center in the family room.

Pool Table and Foosball table.

Pool:

The beautiful tiled heated pool and has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an 8' diameter raised Jacuzzi Spa bath for the ultimate in relaxation. A waterfall running from the spa into the pool provides a soothing background for when you're relaxing around the deck.

2-car garage with electric door opener, driveway parking.

• Deposits: DEPOSIT. A deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit shall be non refundable but will become security deposit when full payment is received.

the home was great the only problem the gate code had been change and the gate remain open during my stay there
