The community is gated with a permanently staffed gatehouse restricting entrance to guests and service personnel. Located on US27 about 15 minutes from Disney World, Solana is one of Orlando's finest resorts and has shops and restaurants close by.

The clubhouse hosts a number of facilities and amenities available to guests at the resort. The community pool area has a beautifully landscaped swimming pool with a hot tub and spa. Other outdoor activities include a sandy volleyball court, a small soccer pitch, and a putting green where you can get in a little practice prior to your afternoon round at any of the 60 or so local golf courses. For the kids, there is a play area, and if al-fresco dining is on the agenda, you will find a BBQ area available .

In the clubhouse, you will find the reception desk and concierge, a very comfortable TV lounge which offers wireless internet access so you can use your laptop. If you didn't bring your laptop, you can use one of the computers provided in the internet room, adjacent to the main lounge. Fitness fans will be pleased to find the exercise room equipped with an array of work-out machines designed to keep you trim. For the young and the young-at-heart, there is an arcade.
