Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This home offers four bedrooms, with 4 TV's and cable. A massive 'king master suite' - complete with a luxurious private bathroom. You could take a quick shower in the spacious glass-enclosed shower or take a relaxing bubble bath in the Roman-style tub.

Each bedroom sleeps two with a king-size, full-size, and two bedrooms with twin beds.If you vacation with family or friends, this house can accommodate 8 people.

For those of you who can't live without your computer, we also provide Free high speed Internet access.

Separate 'living' and 'family' rooms allow Adults to relax and read a book or stretch out to watch a movie on the impressive 63in TV. The kids can be out at the private screen-enclosed heated swimming pool - which is always available.There are DVD's, a PlayStation and a selection of games for your entertainment. The large fully fitted kitchen is large enough and completely equipped to prepare a four-course meal to be enjoyed in the formal dining room.

For our infant guests there is a portable crib and highchair for your convenience.

Area Information

This modern four-bedroom, two-bath pool home is located in beautiful "The Palms at Lake Davenport" just minutes from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Course and more. It's close enough to Disney World to 'return home' for a bite to eat and a refreshing afternoon swim in the pool, and then return to Disney for the evening festivities. Other activities in the area include golfing, sailing, wind-surfing, parasailing, and tennis.

The family and I had a great time while on vacation. The home is clean and it has everything you need. The heat was set to perfectly for the very cold December nights. The pool a perfect 80 degrees. The neighborhood is nice and quite. This was very enjoyable. Thanks

Easy commute to Disney

We had a lovely time. I highly recommend this home and neighborhood, it was quiet and very easy access to/from Disney parks. Everything you need (pharmacies, post office, grocery, etc.) are within (3-4 miles). The home was very spacious and had all the comforts of home and then some. There were even rain parkas that we could have used at Disney had we needed them, fortunately we did not. Thank you Daisy and Robert!

Florida was a blast! The home was wonderful, we truely felt at home. The kids spent any free time in either the pool or the game room. They actually didn't ask to watch T.V. Located close to all the attractions we were interested in. The home is very clean and spacious. The management was very helpful, and accomidating when we needed any help. We will definately recommend this home to anyone wishing to visit the area. Hope to come back some day and stay in this home.

A Vacation To Remember!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. When we walked into our 'holiday home' we were speechless. It was so welcoming, clean, spacious and had all of the items you need to make yourself comfortable for the duration of your stay. The management company was very accomodating, pleasant and informative. By staying in Davenport, we were close to all of the attractions that Orlando and the surrounding area has to offer. But, as our family pointed out, simply staying at our 'holiday home' was entertaining and enjoyable... especially the heated pool. We will highly recommended this vacation home to family members and our friends and hope to return ourselves one day!
