This Villa was built late 2005 and is situated beside
the renowned millionaires paradise Reunion Resort. The Villa is built on a large end plot and the pool looks out over preserved woodlands this is a unique area that offers
everything a holiday can offer, close to all attractions and shopping ,you will have very little driving unless you wish to venture further into Florida. The area is very quiet and peaceful.A safe environment for families with children.Golfers will enjoy the near golf courses of Champions Gate and Highland Reserve just 5 minutes drive.Florida Mall is only 20 mins on the 417 North toll .
Champions gate is less than five minutes from our Villa, there you can shop and avail of the many good quality restaurants.

Our vacation in February was everything we hoped for and more. Parents flew in from England I flew in from Michigan..perfect time of the year to escape the winter. The villa & pool was wonderful, spacious, clean, ideal location for Disney World and either coast, we did Kennedy Space Center twice..& Tampa. The owner was so friendly and helpful regarding all matters, thank you for everything. Management team very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble...even asked for an extra travel cot and it was provided straight away We certainly hope to go back again and would recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation. This villa is everything and more you could want on vacation. The villa is beautiful and in excellent shape. Having the pool right outside your door, is a feature you will enjoy while in Florida. Location is great, and a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed this home so much, we already booked for next year.

This is a home away from home. A beautiful house
in a very central location to all parks ,lakes, golf,restaurants, shops, you name it. We came home every evening lay by the pool had a few beers,very relaxing. We are a young couple and I would recommend it to any age.
