I don't know where to start! The estate is in a great location. Well away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in WDW in less than 15 minutes and Universal in 25 minutes. The villa is amazing. The on-suite in the master bedroom is bigger than our bedroom at home! We loved the pool too and spent many afternoons lazing about relaxing before heading back to the parks in the evening. This is going to be our new vacation home when we go back.

Much Needed Getaway

Simple but very nice. Had great weather, it was our third trip to Orlando and had no afternoon thunderstorms. Villa had everything we needed. Villa is near supermarket and Pharmacy and close to Disney Parks. Close to Gatorland a must-see if you have kids or not. Cocoa Beach was only 40 minutes away from villa. All nine of us had a great time and it went by so fast.

Our vacation in February was everything we hoped for and more. Parents flew in from England I flew in from Michigan..perfect time of the year to escape the winter. The villa & pool was wonderful, spacious, clean, ideal location for Disney World and either coast, we did Kennedy Space Center twice..& Tampa. The owner was so friendly and helpful regarding all matters, thank you for everything. Management team very professional and friendly, nothing was too much trouble...even asked for an extra travel cot and it was provided straight away We certainly hope to go back again and would recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation. This villa is everything and more you could want on vacation. The villa is beautiful and in excellent shape. Having the pool right outside your door, is a feature you will enjoy while in Florida. Location is great, and a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed this home so much, we already booked for next year.
