Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Wonderful vacation home, Beautifully furnished with extra large T.V. and DVD player in Lounge area. We have TV's in some Bedrooms with cable. There is also a games room with a Pool table and Foozball table. The extra large extended Pool/Spa deck area is provided with a removable safety net for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms for your Childrens safety.
We are just across the street from the Exclusive Solana Resort Club House where there is a Gym, Games room large Pool/Spa, Internet cafe, Banking Machine, Volley ball, Play ground, extra activities put on by the management every day. ALL FREE of charge to residents.

��Happy Times �� is situated in the exclusive and enchanting Solana Resort conveniently located on HWY 27 just off the Interstate4, We are about 15 minutes to Disney World, also close by are Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet & Wild and all the other parks and attractions Florida has to offer. There are plenty of first-rate supermarkets including a Super Walmart,Publix, a new Target Super Mall with lots of great shops Best Buy, (Electronics), JC Penneys, Michaels, Lots of food eating Places, It just open this year on the HWY27 5 minute drive away, Restaurants, Championship Golf courses, Shopping Outlet Malls in close proximity.

Lovely long stay

We had a lovely long stay at Happy Time Villa. We arrived at the end of January and stayed until the end of March. We met Jasmine and her lovely daughter Amanda. It's comforting to meet the owners and know that they will look after you while you are there. This is the second stay we have had at this house and enjoyed it very much. The grounds are kept up and never saw a bug or creepy crawlie the whole two months. The staff at the gate house and club house are very friendly and it feels like a very safe neighborhood. We would recommend this house highly and recommend working with Jasmine who is very caring and helpful. Cheryl and Forest Cluff

Excellent Family Vacation

Loved our stay at this pool home in Solana. Conveniently located very close to the clubhouse, just a short walk to the community pool. We also enjoyed our own pool at the home (once the pool heat was fixed, but Jasmin was very helpful in getting the issue resolved), and it was nice to have a game room for our kids to play in. Very spacious, perfect place to relax for all members of our group - 9 people ranging from 3 years old to 50 years old. Love the central-Florida location as well. This was our third year staying in Davenport (in a pool home), and Happy Times Villa has been our favorite so far! Highly recommend this home.

Excellent Vacation

Our family has just returned from a week in this wonderful villa. It had everything we needed to be our home away from home. The bedrooms with the twin beds worked out great for the children and all the adult couples had their own bedroom and bath. The pool area was used everyday for swimming, reading, and just lounging and visiting. It was fairly near Disney World and the water parks and we spent three days at these activities. We celebrated our 51st anniversary with our family and had a wonderful time with all our family. Hope to be able to do it again!!

We had a great time on our vacation here. Nice house, everything we needed, such as plenty of towels. Nice owners, also with good communication. The people at the Community clubhouse were also very sweet and helpful. We would definitely reccomend this to our friends and would love to stay again!!!
