Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

Orchid Villa is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with own pool. Located on the US 27 just 12 mins from Disney ouskirts. The villa is set on the pretigious estate of Sunset Ridge opposite Posner Park Mall.
The villa has 2 queen bedrooms en-suite one has access to the pool. There are 3 twin bedrooms with seperate bathroom. All rooms have tv.We have a large living room and a seperate den that also has tv/psp3 and a sofa bed, allowing us to accomodate up to 12 guests. The villa has broadband wireless internet access so just need to bring your laptop.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all you need to make a family meal then sit in the elegant dining room to enjoy your food.
To the rear is a large pool with extended deck area to lounge in the sun, the villa is South/South West so has sun most of the day on the pool deck
. The villa backs onto conservation ground and is fenced in for almost total privacy. There are no villas backing onto the property.
The villa is situated in a gated comunity and located in a quiet corner of the estate in a cul-de-sac so avoids any noise from traffic, just peace and tranquility. Sorry no pets.

Area Information

Sunset Ridge is situated just off the US27 and about 1/2 mile from the I-4 junction in Davenport,opposite Posner Park Mall with stores such as Target, Belks, BestBuy, JC Pennys, Bookamillion and a number of others which opend in 2008.
Near to the entrance of the estate you can find a new Tourist Information Centre and close by there are shops, restaurants and a pub, If you head towards Haines City then about 5 mins away is a Publix and 10 mins away is a 24hr Walmart.
The villa is 25 mins away from Orlando Airport and almost 12 mins away from Disney World outskirts,Busch Gardens is 75 mins away and the beaches are about 95 mins away, Sarrasotta, St Petes and Clearwater.

This beautiful villa in the middle of all the action and activities was the focal point to a Fabulous Florida family vacation. The home was more then we expected , with loads of Florida sunshine plus the added privacy of a court location.
