Orchid villa is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with private pool and extended deck area backing onto conservation ground in a quiet cul de sac on the gated comunity estate of Sunset Ridge built by Mercedes Homes in Davenport.
The villa has 2 queen bedrooms en-suite and 3 twin bedrooms with seperate bathroom all have tv. The living room is quite spacious and has tv and wireless broadband internet access and playstation 3 games console(security deposit required), there is a fully fitted kitchen and dining room with seperate room for washing machine and drier. There is a den with sofa bed tv and hi-fi. to the rear is a large pool with extended deck for meals and sunbathing. the villa is has a privacy fence to two sides and backs onto conservation land
The Estate is accessable from the US27 about 1/2 mile from the I4 junction and by the entrance there are shops restraunts and a pub, there is a walmart and publix store close by and we are about 10 minuits from Disney and about 25 minuits from Orlando Airport
