Our Florida vacation villa is a new, executive vacation home with luxury West- facing pool and spa/jacuzzi, located at Sandy Ridge in Orlando, close to Reunion.

For those who need it, there is free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Sandy Ridge is a tranquil community, surrounded by conservation woodland, yet only a 10 min drive from Disney and convenient for all the other major theme parks and attractions.

For golfers, Champions Gate which boasts two golf courses designed by Greg Norman, is less than a 5 min drive away.

If you are looking for a vacation villa in Orlando which is close to Disney and all the other parks, yet set in a quiet community with woodland views and bags of privacy, this could be the one for you.

The 28' x 14' private swimming pool and luxury spa/jacuzzi are West-facing.
The extended pool deck offers the chance to relax in the sun all day and late into the evening.
Chill out as you watch the sun go down over the fabulous conservation woodland.
For those who prefer a bit of shade, the pool has a large lanai (covered porch) with a cooling ceiling fan.
(A safety fence round the pool is also provided for your peace of mind, and for your child's safety. It can easily be removed if not required)
The pool can be heated during the cooler weather.

Area Description

All the Theme Parks are within easy reach, and Disney World is a 10 minutes drive only. Nearby there is walking, birdwatching,airboating, and horseriding.

Five minutes away is Champions Gate which has a useful shopping area with :-
A supermarket ( Publix) with cashpoint outside
Restaurants - Italian, Chinese and French (All of these provide take-aways, some will deliver)
MacDonalds
Subways
Liquor Store
Movie Mania (Where you can hire DVDs and games on presentation of a Driving Licence or Credit Card)

Petrol Station
Nail Bar
UPS Store (where you can have internet access at 20c per min.

Just beyond the shopping area is The Omni Resort with 2 golf courses designed by Greg Norman and David Leadbetter.

Even closer to Sandy Ridge, at the junction of the SR532 and the 545 (Old Lake Wilson Rd) by Reunion, is the CVS Pharamacy which stocks all manner of useful items, including trial-size versions of washing powder, shampoo etc.

Travelling up Old Lake Wilson Road to US192 you will find a wealth of other restaurants and shops.

It was very spacious and the best part was the pool and spa. Also, the supermarket and a couple other places like Pizza Hut and Dunkin Donuts were within a mile.

We just returned from our week long visit to the sunshine state. My family had a great time and what better way to spend it but all together in one house. It was truly a home away from home. We all loved it and look forward to going back again. I would recommend this home. I cannot say enough about the house, it was beautiful. Very nice!!!!!!! Clean and a great location. I have already recommended it to a friend. Everything was great, the pool was wonderful, the children really enjoyed it. The appliances all worked great. It was so nice to have all of our clothes washed when we came home. It was so much less stressful. We loved Orlando. We are from Pennsylvania so we are not used to that much heat but everyone had a wonderful time. Your house helped make this a wonderful vacation. It was so lovely. Thank you so very much!!! We hope to get to stay again in the future.
