Great home, great location!

Two families stayed in this Davenport home very comfortably. It was well kept, clean and close to Disney and other Orlando attractions. I was very pleased with the house and would consider staying with them again. The management team was very quick to reply to questions and helpful. My only frustration was the request from management that we start laundry for the cleaning crew - without leaving detergent for us to use. Also, the closest neighbors are a little sketchy. Nothing too alarming but one stayed in his beat-up car, smoking late into the night.

We had a great vacation. The house was situated in the right place. Close to the airport, restaurants, shopping and golf. It was a little too big for the 2 of us but would have been great if our grandchildren, daughter and son in law came. We wouldn't hesitate to get this property again.

Perfect holiday

we drove from New York to this villa so we were very happy to get there and even happier once inside , lovely house ,brilliant pool and comfy beds what more do you need . Near theme parks so we could come back for a dip in the pool and a rest, then back to see the fireworks in the evening . Didn't want to leave but all good things come to an end .

Clean, comfortable and Convenient!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks from April 2-16, 2012. Everything was perfect!! Everything you could possibly need was here to make you feel right at home. The location was excellent too!! Publix supermarket, walgreens and gas station were all just 5 min away. Walmart was about 8 min. It was so relaxing to come back after a long day to a nice heated pool and spa!! All the beds were sooo comfy too. There is nothing to complain about here..drive to Disney was all of 10 min. Universal about 15-20..but that was no big deal. I can't say enough good about this place..I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Orlando area. It is the perfect location in a quiet gated community in Davenport called The Sanctuary in West Haven. The owner Frank was perfect to deal with and provided his and his manager's phone numbers if needed..couldn't ask for better than that. Thanks again for a perfect place to stay!!

Great area,very quiet and clean neighbourhood. House was clean and spacious.Great location for disney. We didn't have a spa. Didn't heat the pool 45.00/day little pricy, espically when we were out for the day. Would recommend the place .

It s at least the 10th time I spend hollidays in the Orlando region, this house is sure the best one we have rented. No direct neighbours, well equiped (BBQ, Computer,...), the children appreciated especially the large pool. A little more material to cook would be appreciated, as well as plates, glasses... We had a good contact with the owner We would appreciate to come back there next year.

had a fab holiday the villa was in a great spot for the parks. We have 2small children and the villa was very large. We would recommend this villa for your Florida holiday and have to family and friends. The home was very clean and when we had a small thing with the pool it was dealt with right away.
