This luxurious villa is perfectly equipped and located to serve all your vacation needs. It has a swimming pool and spa, west-facing to relax in the sun after a hard day at the theme parks. This subdivision is gated and has its own clubhouse. Parks and restaurants are only minutes away and yet you have the privacy of your own villa to relax in.

Living Room - The living room is a great chill out space with comfy furniture and room to just sit and relax after a days sightseeing or park hopping. The Living Room consists of a 27 inch TV/DVD, CD player, and Fan.

Dining Area - The open space dining area allows for traditional dining when a TV dinner or take out Pizza just is not the right choice for the family.

Kitchen - Maintaining our theme of open and airy space the Kitchen is equipped to prepare and serve a substantial family meal or simply use for breakfast and snacks. Either way the look and feel of the room, along with the state-of-the-art equipment will make any time you do spend in there a real pleasure. Whoever is in the kitchen will stay connected with the rest of the house because of its open plan design.

Utility - The utility room consists of Automatic washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

There is a 26' x 13' pool with oversized spa and good quality pool furniture to relax on. The garage has been converted into a pool room with a seven foot table. There is plenty to keep the children happy whilst in the villa. If they are not playing pool, they will be on the playstation or splashing around in the private swimming pool.
