Beautiful 4 bedroom Pool Home only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. Our villa is affordably priced, beautifully furnished and fully equipped with towels, linens, cable TVs, VCRs/DVD, Nintendo 64, full kitchen with all appliances, central air conditioning, washer & dryer, comfortable patio furniture and much more. Enjoy your own private pool just out the back door with beautiful patio furniture. Our pool is dual heated with solar and electric plus a pool blanket to keep the water temperature comfortable. Solar heat is free which saves you even more for your vacation.
This is the perfect place for your family to stay and it’s so close to Disney and the other attractions. Very convenient to grocery stores and shopping of all kinds. Don’t let this one go by, make your reservation now!!
Our villa is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, Florida where you'll find the 4 major parks of Disney (Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney MGM Studios), plus Disney's water parks, Downtown Disney and so much more. Sea World is only about 15 minutes and Universal Studios is close also. Golf courses are abundant around our villa and there are lots of shopping places, groceries and more. Both coasts are about an hour away for beach fun. And don't forget NASA Space center. Lake Davenport is a block away from our villa where you can enjoy the sunrise, fish, and relax in quiet. Our community also has a community heated pool, play ground, and tennis courts. So much to see and do!!
Our 4 bedroom home is only 10 minutes from Disney. You can be in the Animal Kingdom parking lot in 10 minutes. There is a brand new Super Walmart 1/2 mile away plus grocery stores and shopping of all kinds. Very easy access to everything you want to do. There is a stroller, high chair, portable crib/play pen and youth size wheel in the home which you are free to use.

Required Stay: 3 night minimum. Major Holiday weeks are rented Per Week
Lodging Tax: Included
Deposits: $200 or 30% whichever is greater. Reservation deposit is applied toward total rental cost. Security deposit of $300 is collected with final payment balance and is returned within 14 days of satisfactory departure.
Other Fees: Pool Heat = $200 per week or $30 per night. Cleaning fee for stays less than 7 nights.

I thought the girls were going to groan over the disney decorations in the bedrooms. The cable TV was excellent so many channels! Not that we had time to watch much apart from some of the World Series. We would get home totally exhausted after each days activities and it was nice to be able to relax in a comfortable home. The directions were very good and we found our way with no hiccups. Thanks for the supermarket details we found the new Wal mart, which opened while we were there. We had to buy a new suitcase to bring home the shopping! We were blessed with fantastic weather with only 2 small showers in the whole 2 weeks. Sadly its very cold and wet here at home now. Winter is coming fast.
