This is Florida! Unless you want mountaineering and real snow, whatever you want to do is within easy reach. Both coasts are about an hour away if you want a day at the beach. But checkout the Disney waterparks first! If you want water fun, Typhoon lagoon is as good as the beach, maybe better! Oh and we've just added Air hockey and Foosball tables to our facilities at the house

Firstly many thanks for allowing us the ‘loan’ of your home in FLA. It was everything we’d expected and more. What we liked most, apart from the obvious unbroken vista from the back, was that it was located in a predominantly residential community. This might seem insignificant but to us being part of the local community rather than in the middle of some holiday rental estate was, and is, our most desired want. It was perfect. The kids welcomed the whole lot too, especially my 17 year old who, via the t’internet kept in touch with his pals back home and his entourage of numerous girlfriends! The availability of the phone to dial home was a huge relief to me personally as I could keep in touch with my Dad who unfortunately is quite ill. So all in all 10/10 guys!

would highly recommend this villa as in a very peaceful location but easily accessible to the main attractions,very well appointed and almost like living at home but with the sunshine! we will tell all our family & friends who may wish to go to Florida to book this accommodation. This was like a home away from home - we were so comfortable, My grandchildren (all of us for that matter) so enjoyed the pool. We had a couple of 'down days' where we just stayed at home and they were in the pool from the time they got up until they went to bed. My grandson thought the 'playstation II' I think that is what it is called was just GREAT - they both enjoyed lying in bed watching TV. The location was excellent - even I was confortable going out shopping with no fear of getting lost on the way home. Going off on day trips, returning in the dark was not a problem as getting home was so very easy. We had a wonderful stay.
