Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This property was new in 2006 and boasts a fantastic layout which is ideal for families and groups of sharers alike.
The great room is the heart of this home with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two dining areas and a seating area. The great room lead out to the covered lanai and the screened pool area. The pool also has an integral spa. we ahve a sloar pool cover to conserve the heat of the pool (particularly overnight) to ensure you can swim at most times. There is also a safety fence if you have children in your party.
There are four bedrooms, the master suite with walk in closets and a huge master bathroom, a queen bedroom which adjoins the family bathroom and two twin rooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. There is a full games room with pool, air hockey, foosball electronic basketball and darts. There is also full laundry facilities.

Highgate Park is one of the villages of Leagcy Park. It is a beautiful, landscaped gated community just off Highway 27 near its junction with the 192. It has its own tennis court and childrens play area. It is only 10 minutes drive to Disney World.
There are two large supermarkets within 5 mins (Walmart to the north is 24/7)together with speciality stores, restaurants and takeaways. Along the 192 you are spoilt for choice, every taste and pocket is catered for. Plus lots of other stores to satisfy most shoppers.
There is easy access to the I4 so it makes driving to the gulf or Space coasts easy.

The major problem with this place is "HAVING TO LEAVE".For a family or people needing space this is the spot.Super clean, furnishings are all new and every thing you need is there except the food.There is a Wal-mart the size of 4 football fields(that has all you need) just minutes away.Try staying in a motel with 2 small children and no washer or dryer? The washer and dryer were a life saver.Upon arrival the handyman was there checking to make sure everything was ok and he noticed we had 2 small children and asked if a crib would be useful. My daughter-in-law said it would and 10 minutes later he shows up with a BRAND NEW crib.Although it was cool at night the heated pool meant swim when you like and we did.The park is gated but I felt very safe in the area gated or not.
