Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This property boasts a fantastic layout which is ideal for couples or families and groups of sharers alike.
The great room is the heart of this home with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, two dining areas and a seating area. Luxurious new leather sectional seating installed January 2013. The great room leads out to the covered lanai and the screened pool area. The pool also has an integral spa. We have a solar pool cover to conserve the heat of the pool in the winter(particularly overnight) to ensure you can swim at most times. There is also a safety fence if you have children in your party.The pool area has been extended to provide areas of sun and shade throughout the year and more loungers and seating provided. An electric barbeque grill for dining at home.
There are four bedrooms, the master suite with walk in closet and a huge master bathroom, a queen bedroom which adjoins the family bathroom and two twin rooms which share a jack and jill bathroom. We have optional bedding for the children if required - just ask at time of booking. We can also join the twins to make king size beds for groups of all couples - please ask at time of booking. There is a full games room with pool, air hockey, foosball and electronic basketball. There is also full laundry facilities.

Area Information

Highgate Park is one of the villages of Legacy Park. It is a beautiful, landscaped gated community just off Highway 27 near its junction with the 192. It has its own tennis court and childrens play area. It is only a few minutes drive to Disney World.
There are two large supermarkets within 5 mins (Walmart to the north is 24/7)together with speciality stores, restaurants and takeaways. Along the 192 you are spoilt for choice, every taste and pocket is catered for. Plus lots of other stores to satisfy most shoppers.
There is easy access to the I4 so it makes driving to the gulf or Space coasts easy.

My family and I stayed at this villa for spring break of this year and I must say that it's a beautiful home. We really enjoyed the space and of course the pool and gameroom. The home is in a quite upscale neighborhood, but easy access to all major stores. I highly recommend the Mooregate Villa.

Loved the home, the area, the pool, the game room, the availability of the laundry and easy access to area parks and entertainment. Easy access to grocery stores was a big plus. Heating pool is a must if you really want to enjoy it. Felt very safe and secure in the home and surrounding neighborhood. Used tennis courts and kids play areas. We have done a week at Disney resorts and daily park passes but this worked out much better for the 6 of us. A pool every day with only a little driving. A big improvement for our stay. The house had everything we needed at far as cooking and eating at home. We are ready to return. Only negative - I'm from Michigan and this was the first morning I Had to scape frost off the car windows. The weather improved that afternoon. Then beautiful..

A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN

The major problem with this place is "HAVING TO LEAVE".For a family or people needing space this is the spot.Super clean, furnishings are all new and every thing you need is there except the food.There is a Wal-mart the size of 4 football fields(that has all you need) just minutes away.Try staying in a motel with 2 small children and no washer or dryer? The washer and dryer were a life saver.Upon arrival the handyman was there checking to make sure everything was ok and he noticed we had 2 small children and asked if a crib would be useful. My daughter-in-law said it would and 10 minutes later he shows up with a BRAND NEW crib.Although it was cool at night the heated pool meant swim when you like and we did.The park is gated but I felt very safe in the area gated or not.
