Sunset Villa.
Modern spacious luxury Villa, south facing pool, conservation view, sleeps up to 10 in air conditioned comfort, Disney World 13 min.
Sunset Villa is one of the most private Villas on the popular Westbury development, overlooking open ground and woodland. The larger than average pool is heated, fully screened, the position means that the pool and deck catch the sun most of the day and provides fabulous views of the sunset.

Kitchen / Dining area
The kitchen is open plan and has been fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge / freezer (with icemaker), washing machine and tumble dryer. All kitchen equipment, including cutlery, pans, crockery and kitchen utensils are provided. There is a breakfast bar with 3 stools and a dining area and table with 6 additional chairs.

Living room
The open plan living room has easy access to the pool area, two comfortable sofas (one of which easily converts to a double bed), occasional tables and a cable TV / VCR / DVD and a stereo radio / CD player making it the ideal place to relax after a busy day at the parks.

Bedrooms
The sleeping accommodation includes 2 large and attractive bedrooms, each having Queen size beds, built in wardrobes and additional drawer space. The Master bedroom also features a walk-in closet. Both of the Master bedrooms have TV's with cable.

Both main bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom and en-suite bathroom both have access to the pool area which is ideal for showering after swimming.

The other two bedrooms which are attractively decorated for children have 2 single beds in each, built in wardrobes, and have a separate family bathroom.(both has
a TV with cable)

Games room has a full size pool table, air hockey and electronic darts.

All bed linen and towels are included.

Central Air Conditioning
The entire villa is centrally air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable living and sleeping environment even at the height of summer.

We employ the services of a local management company to
look after you during your stay and they will also take
payment if requested for bookings.

Our recently built (2003) Villa is situated on one of the prime positions on the quiet and peaceful community of Westbury over looking conservation ground, you could not be in a much better location, so quiet you would never believe you are only 3 minutes from junction 55 of interstate 4 on the Highway 27 south of Disney. From this junction you can travel direct down the I4 10 minutes to the main Disney entrance to the parks, and a further 10 to 15 minutes down the I4 will take you to all the other major parks in the Orlando area .From junction 55 north/west 60 minutes will take you to Busch gardens and a little further to the Gulf coast. You are also close to shops, restaurants and other attractions related to Orlando. For the golf enthusiasts our villa is within easy reach of major golf courses.

• Deposits: A deposit of $200 is payable on booking. The balance of the rental plus any extras such as pool heat is due 10 weeks before the start of the vacation.
   
• Other Fees: Pool Heat is available at a cost of $21.50 per night (minimum 5 nights) or $150 per week. A cleaning fee of $90 is payable for all bookings of less than 7 nights. A security deposit will be taken by our management company on your arrival. This will be taken by credit card to the value of $250 and the slip will be destroyed once it has been confirmed there is no damage.(this is normal practice in Florida)
