Description of the Davenport vacation villa rental

This brand new Villa built June 2006, offers everything that you and your family could possibly need to enjoy a wonderful vacation at Disney and the various attractions in Orlando. Aviana Resorts, a private gated community with 24 hr security, is well located in the tropical landscape of Davenport, Florida. It's just a short drive to Disney (15min) and Champion Gate Golf Course (< 10mins), with easy access to all theme parks and attractions in Orlando. On the grounds Aviana, there is a brand new community clubhouse that is open to all guests. Inside the clubhouse you will find a lounge, a fitness center, a computer lounge, and a game room. Directly outside of the clubhouse, you can enjoy and relax by the large swimming pool and spa. Also, there is a small putting green, a children’s play area, and volleyball/badminton courts.

This home is ideal for large families; it offers sleeping accommodations for eight to ten guests! You will find a master bedroom with private entrance to the pool and spa, along with a King-size bed, cable TV with DVD, nightstands with lamps, telephone, walk in closet, dresser, plus a master bathroom with vanity basin, walk in shower, and toilet. A second master bedroom on the other side of house offers a Queen-size bed, with cable TV, and private bathroom with vanity basin, shower/bath and toilet. In addition, there are two additional spacious bedrooms with two twin beds in each.

Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay in your villa. We had so much fun. My kids really enjoyed the pool. The only thing my kids were not satisfied with was the basketball game in the garage. The metal legs are broken, so when my son went to get the ball from out of the net the basketball game or machine fell on top of him. Nothing serious came out of it. It is just my son loves to play basketball and could not do that. I would love to rent the villa again maybe by another basketball game so no one will get hurt. Thank You.

Thank you guys so much for allowing us to stay in your amazing home. The house was beautiful and very roomy for our 5 person group. We enjoyed the pool and spa very much and even had a few laughs in the game room! This house definitely made our vaction worth while. Thanks again!

The house was perfect! Clean, comfortable and quiet! Everything was wonderful! The kids loved the pool and the game room! And it was less than 20 minutes to all the Disney Parks! One of our favorite parts of the trip was staying here! It was wonderful and we can't wait to go back!
